Sheriff Joe's posse delivers promised Obama surprise

Panel probing eligibility for 2012 ballot wants to see original birth certificate

Arizona's maverick Sheriff Joe Arpaio promised surprises in his jurisdiction's investigation of Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidential ballot and his Cold Case Posse is delivering – raising questions that touch on the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate issued last April and the possibility Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security Number.
Sources close to the investigation say the posse has decided it needs to see original birth records before it can conclude whether Obama should be eligible for the presidential ballot in 2012, not an electronic file or scanned copies.
The sources say the panel needs to examine the microfilm documenting Obama's birth, as well as the ink-and-paper original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health is holding in its vault.
The PDF file and various scanned copies of the birth certificate that the White House released April 27 are simply not good enough, the posse has determined.

Earlier this month, WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi spent 18 hours over a two-day period in Arizona briefing the Cold Case Posse on a wide range of evidence regarding Obama's eligibility.
"The posse wants to see the entire microfilm roll containing Obama's birth certificate, not just a microfilm copy of Obama's long-form birth certificate in isolation," Corsi explained. "An individual microfilm copy could be forged, but forging the entire microfilm reel on which Obama's birth certificate is in sequence would be almost impossible."
Also, Corsi said, the posse wants the ink-and-paper original 1961 Obama birth records still held in vault by the Hawaii Department of Health to be released publicly and subjected to independent court-authorized forensic examination.
Corsi affirmed that the posse's conclusion it needs to see the Obama birth certificate microfilm is part of the "shock" that Arpaio warned would be forthcoming, when he spoke last week to the Surprise Tea Party group meeting in Surprise, Ariz.

The focus on the microfilm records of Obama's birth arose after Arpaio's investigators realized the birth certificates of twins born the day after Obama, the Nordykes, had been released as white-on-black copies of microfilm to the family by the Hawaii Department of Health in 1966.
WND reported in July 2009 that Mrs. Eleanor Nordyke made public the copies in an article by the Honolulu Advertiser.

WND also has reported that the Obama birth certificate's number appears to be out of sequence with the birth certificates of the Nordyke twins.
The Nordyke twins were born Aug. 5, 1961, one day after Obama, and their birth certificates were registered Aug. 11, 1961, three days later than Obama. Yet their birth certificates have lower numbers.
Susan Nordyke, the twin born first, has certificate number 10637, and her sister Gretchen has certificate number 10638. Obama, born Aug. 4, 1961, and registered Aug. 8, 1961, has certificate number 10641.
"In 1961, Barack Obama was not a celebrity," Corsi commented. "If the Nordyke twins birth certificates were reduced to microfilm or microfiche by 1966, the date Mrs. Nordyke got the copies she made public, then Obama's birth certificate should have been reduced to microfilm or microfiche at the same time."
Corsi also indicated that the Arizona posse has interviewed court-certified forensic examiners who have advised that they can only issue an expert opinion on whether Obama's birth certificate is a forgery if they can examine the original ink-and-paper records.
Corsi told WND the Arpaio investigation is far-reaching in scope.
In addition to examining whether or not the long-form birth certificate is a forgery, the Cold Case Posse is examining evidence that Obama may have a fraudulent Social Security Number. The posse also is looking at records pertaining to Obama's birth narrative that suggest Barack Obama Sr. may not be the biological father.
"In total, the Cold Case Posse has assembled some 2,000 pages of evidence in the case," Corsi explained, "and is now preparing to conduct interviews to examine a wide range of questions, including that Obama may not be qualified to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution because he was a dual citizen at birth, given that his father was listed as a citizen of Kenya when the future president was born."
Corsi said the Cold Case Posse is currently in the process of briefing various Arizona state officials about the progress of the investigation.
"Sheriff Arpaio said this would be a thorough and diligent investigation," Corsi said, "and that is exactly what the investigation has become. Sheriff Arpaio once again has proven to be a man of his word."

Poll: Jewish Voters Not Happy With Obama

WASHINGTON -- American Jews are feeling “grumpy,” according to the American Jewish Committee’s take on its latest public opinion survey.

That's not good news for US President Barack Obama, whose Jewish approval level has dipped below 50 percent. But American Jews don't seem particularly excited about the Republicans hoping to replace him either.

Jews now approve and disapprove of Obama's performance in roughly equal numbers, according to the annual poll, released Monday. It shows 45 percent of American Jews approve of Obama as opposed to 48 percent disapproving -- the difference falling within with the survey's margin of error of 3 percentage points. The numbers show a substantial drop for Obama from the 57 percent of Jews who approved of his performance in the 2010 AJC survey.

Asked about various areas of Obama's performance, American Jews were the most sour on how he has handled the economy, with 60 percent of respondents disapproving and only 37 percent approving.

"They continue to be grumpy about the war in Afghanistan, the war in Iraq, they're pessimistic about the prospects of solving the Iran problem," David Harris, AJC's executive director, told JTA. "But they're grumpiest about the economy."

Jewish Republicans have been attacking Obama on both foreign policy and on the economy lately.

“We'll be talking about domestic issues like the economy, like we did in 2010 and 2009,” said Matthew Brooks, the Republican Jewish Coalition’s executive director. Republican efforts to win over Jews in 2008 focused almost entirely on the issue of Israel, and Obama captured 78 percent of the Jewish vote.

In AJC's latest poll, there's a virtual tie in the president's approval and disapproval levels on foreign policy, with 47 percent of Jews approving of Obama's performance versus 48 percent disapproving.

More troubling for Democrats was the drop in perceptions of how Obama handled the US-Israel relationship, with 53 percent disapproving and 40 percent approving this year, as opposed to 45 percent disapproving and 49 percent approving last year.

David A. Harris, the National Jewish Democratic Council’s president -- and no relation to the AJC director -- noted the difference between Obama’s approval level on Israel policy and Jewish Americans' sunnier view of the overall US-Israel relationship, with 63 percent characterizing it as either very or somewhat positive.

“It’s like going to a restaurant and saying ‘I love the food, but I don’t like the chef,'” he said. “That places in stark relief a communications and messaging problem.”

Brooks, however, disagreed. “I don't think they have a messaging problem; they have a policy problem, and that's what the campaigns are going to be about,” he said.

The RJC has emphasized the Obama administration’s willingness to make public its differences with the government of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu over settlements and peace talks.

Democrats, for their part, have stepped up their efforts to reach out to Jewish voters, especially in the wake of their loss in a special congressional election earlier this month in a New York district that is both heavily Jewish and a traditional Democratic stronghold.

Meanwhile, American Jews' approval of Netanyahu's handling of the US-Israel relationship dropped, too, to 54 percent approving and 32 percent disapproving, from 62 percent approving and 27 percent disapproving last year.

The Synovate-run poll, which surveyed 800 Jewish respondents by phone between September 6 and September 21, came before Obama delivered a speech to the UN General Assembly in which he strongly defended Israeli security needs. He noted the violence Israel has faced from its neighbors and referred to Israel as the Jewish people's "historic homeland."

While Obama's approval ratings have taken a nosedive, the survey does not show very high levels of Jewish support for any of the leading Republicans hoping to challenge him in 2012. Presented with hypothetical match-ups of Obama against various Republican candidates, respondents favored Obama.

Mitt Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, who is perceived as the most moderate of the top Republican contenders, performed the best against Obama. Romney garnered the backing of 32 percent of respondents, as opposed to the president's 50 percent. The remainder of the respondents either said they favored neither candidate or were not sure.

Texas Governor Rick Perry earned the favor of 25 percent of respondents to Obama's 55 percent, and Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) was supported by 19 percent to the president's 59 percent. By way of comparison, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) earned 22 percent of the Jewish vote in the 2008 presidential race.

Perry and Bachmann are in a fierce competition for the approval of the Republican Party's more conservative wing, and the AJC's Harris said the survey's findings offer a lesson for Republicans hoping to peel off Jewish voters from the Democratic Party.

"For the Republicans, the message is you could win more votes in 2012, but it's not a given, and there is a quite a spread between the candidate viewed as most moderate and the ones who are more conservative," Harris said.

Brooks had a different view, saying that Perry’s lower numbers were a result of his not yet being a known quantity among American Jews. “Rick Perry has been in the race about a month at this point, so a lot of people have not got to know him,” Brooks said.

The big chunks of undecided respondents in the match-ups suggest a lesson for Democrats as well, the AJC’s Harris said. "You still have the solid support of many Jewish voters, but don't take it for granted," he said. "You have to make your case better than you have until now."

With the exceptions of three questions about Obama's handling of immigration, energy and the economy, the AJC's survey did not cover domestic affairs. Instead it focused largely on Israel, Iran and other international issues.

Respondents struck a pessimistic notes on America's two foreign wars, with 46 percent saying the United States is losing the war in Iraq, as opposed to 38 percent who said it is winning, while 61 percent said it is losing in Afghanistan, and only 26 percent felt it is winning.

Asked about Palestinians' pursuit of statehood recognition absent talks with Israel, 88 percent of respondents said they were opposed. Seventy-three percent of respondents supported pulling US aid from the Palestinian Authority if it enters a unity government with Hamas. A nearly unanimous 96 percent said the Palestinians should have to recognize Israel as a Jewish state in any final peace agreement.

Opinions were roughly evenly divided on the Obama administration's handling of the Iranian nuclear issue, with 43 percent signaling approval and 45 percent saying they disapproved. Seventy-one percent said they thought there was either little or no chance that sanctions or diplomacy could stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons. If diplomacy and sanctions fail, 56 percent said they would support American military action to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons, and 68 percent said they would back Israeli action.

Regarding party affiliation, 45 percent of respondents said they were Democrats, 16 percent said they were Republicans and 38 percent said they were independents. Religious affiliation broke down as follows: 29 percent Reform, 22 percent Conservative, 9 percent Orthodox, 1 percent Reconstructionist and 37 percent “just Jewish.”

When will charges be brought against Obama for violating the U.S. Constitution, the rights of U.S. citizens, and fraud?

(Jul. 16, 2011) — An initiative launched by a San Diego-area citizen lists multiple violations of the U.S. Constitution committed by Barack Hussein Obama and his enablers in Washington, DC. The petition is addressed to the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of California as well as the San Diego County Grand Jury and can be signed by any citizen.

A treason complaint was filed on March 17, 2009 with then- U.S. Attorney Russell Dedrick of the Eastern District of Tennessee and again on March 27, 2011 with the Obama-appointed U.S. Attorney William C. Killian in the same district for presentation to the two Knoxville, TN grand juries.

The petition and treason counts can be sent to any U.S. attorney in the country for delivery to any federal grand jury for its review.

We point to the militarization of domestic emergency services and civilian police forces. To Wit: The illegal deployment of U.S. Army troops in Samson, Alabama.
5. Law enforcement officials of every stripe are paralyzed in their unwillingness to do their duty. State and Federal judges (William Killian, Knoxville, Tennessee) accept OBAMA’s TREASON and are derelict in the performance of their duties.

1. U.S. Army troops were deployed in Samson, Alabama on March 10, 2009. In response to a Freedom of Information request by the Dothan Eagle (see Lance Griffin), the Department of Army Inspector General found that the armed troops deployed to Samson, Alabama violated the Posse Comitatus Act, which restrains the use of the military for civilian law enforcement purposes.
2. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution by becoming the first United States President to chair the United Nations Security Council. To Wit:
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, or Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
3. (a) Mr. OBAMA declared War on the Republic of Libya on March 17, 2011 without the approval of the Congress, violating Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of our United States Constitution.
3. (b) Mr. OBAMA has also entered into an Agreement with the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan), a foreign Power, and with the intent to sell 125 tanks to Egypt, home of the Muslim Brotherhood, violating Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of our United States Constitution. To Wit:
No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.

As an insult to President George Bush Snr after the first Gulf war, a mosaic of his face was laid on the floor of the Al-Rashid Hotel in Baghdad. Anyone who entered the lobby would have to walk over his face to get into the hotel.

The mosaic was subsequently destroyed by American soldiers in 2003 and replaced with an image of Saddam Hussein.

The Sheriff who kept hiding his name with his arm so you couldnt get a clear shot of his name name was Jaam I managed to see it with a magnify glass on the computer. It came up extremely clear with that as an aid. Jaam is a Muslim name

Tonight we get to take another look at the insidious Islamic movement that it taking place in America. This is the second video that is posted here from the Hizb ut-Tahrir America’s, June 26Th Khilafah Conference 2011. In the first one Muhammed Abu called for Sharia Law to the chants of “Allah Akbar”. In this video we see Abu Attallah call for the Muslim armies to unite. Also calling for an Islamic dress code and no free mixing between men and women. At one point he mentions “Sheikh Obama”. He probably meant Sheikh Osama, but that is some slip up. Why would he have Obama on his mind during an Islamic conference? This part can be viewed at the 5:50 mark. But please take the time to watch this very important video. These people are out to destroy America as we know it, and our government is allowing them to plot in our backyard. If it were up to me they would be charged with treason, locked up, and deported if possible.

Abu, I will not rejoice if Islam dominates the world. I will never submit to Islamic rule, and there are millions of other Americans who will not either. Are you willing to lead the movement to try and kill us? Do you have it in you?!
