I was going to run for congresswoman but because of recent developments my doctors advised me not to . Under the pressures of running for office my health is more important then trying to fight off Far Right Wing and Far Left Wing Candidates . So I found the pen is mightier then the sword. Most of these extreme wingers belong in padded cells and should be removed from the public for safety reasons However at the last minute my health may improve and I will go forth..

The Middle of the road average Joe is being told what is good for them on both sides While the richie rich Senators and Congressmen stuff their faces with cake, steak and large drinks and I am not talking about sodas but top shelf booze that cost $200 a glass. How can they afford that? Haven't they thanked you for your tax dollars which paid for it.

Then you have Obama's attorney's and their TeenieBoppers wanna  be's on www.TheFogBow.com who have  nothing nice to say about anyone who is against Obama Even if  the person is right and it's been proven over and over again that the information is correct. TheFogBow is the legal Communistic system that is taking place in America and they know I am right, If you read their posts, they are against Jews, Israel, and for murder of anyone who is not for Obama. My question is if the man is so innocent and became so wealthy so fast why doesn't he just take out the Birth Certificate he claims he has in a safety deposit box that he describes in one of his lying books and shows it. Maybe it's the same one that the Israeli Government got from Kenya? Gee did I say Kenya?

During the WW2 Hitler had SS troops made of Muslims. This is the same propaganda the Nazis used on the Jews that the Muslim are using on Israel, They Learned from Hitler. Nazis found shelter in Muslim Countries from 1945 to present and have been present. Slowly they have suddenly died . But they provided guns bullets and bombs to the Muslim Armies and that was going to be the final solution of the Jews. Murder them all in one location after the British Occupation moved out. The Muslims had no intentions of living peacefully side by side with Jews.And what did the Christians do? NOTHING! Oh they like to tell you they fought in WW2 and freed the Jews which is miss information  My father was the MP for General Micky Marcus who gave information to General Eisenhower to bomb the train tracks that were used to traffic humans to the concentration and slave work camps. These camps produced bombs and developed weapons to kill American , British and Russian Armies.By doing this it could have cut the time of the war into 1/3rd But Eisenhower refused and allowed innocent people to die because he didn't care.After one year of dealing with Eisenhower Mickey signed an order to begin bombing the train tracks and was under the fire of Eisenhower until Mickey threaten to go to the press, Then Eisenhower took the credits for the bombings.So you see You didn't save Jews ,a Jew by the name of General Mickey Marcus saved them not YOU born again or born again Liberals.

Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward’s ongoing war of words with President Barack Obama’s White House escalated on Wednesday when Woodward took to the set of MSNBC’s Morning Joe to slam the president’s handling of the sequester fight. Woodward said that the president has displayed a “kind of madness” in his decision to make those cuts as painful and deleterious to the nation’s war fighting capability as possible.

Host Joe Scarborough began the interview by asking for a recap of the fight between Woodward and the administration regarding who proposed the sequester first. Woodward informed Scarborough that the White House has conceded that he was originally right and that the idea for sequester came from the Obama administration.
He then turned to the sequester: “I think peoples’ heads are about to explode about all of this, you know, what the hell is going on here,” Woodward said. “I’m not sure the White House understands exactly what happened in all of these negotiations at the end of 2011 with the sequester and the super committee, because they were really on the sidelines.”
Woodward slammed Obama’s decision to announce that sequester cuts would force an American aircraft carrier to not deploy to the Persian Gulf.
“Can you imagine Ronald Reagan sitting there and saying ‘Oh, by the way, I can’t do this because of some budget document’?” Woodward asked incredulously. “Or George W. Bush saying, ‘You know, I’m not going to invade Iraq because I can’t get the aircraft carriers I need.’ Or even Bill Clinton saying, ‘You know, I’m not going to attack Saddam Hussein’s intelligence headquarters,’ as he did when Clinton was president because of some budget document?”
“Under the Constitution, the president is commander-in-chief and employs the force. And so we now have the president going out because of this piece of paper and this agreement, I can’t do what I need to do to protect the country,” Woodward concluded. “That’s a kind of madness that I haven’t seen in a long time.”

Reagan launched his campaign by declaring "I believe in states' rights", in Philadelphia, Mississippi, known at the time for the murder of three civil rights workers who had been trying to register African-Americans to vote during the civil rights movement. However, Reagan's stance on the Briggs Initiative, also known as Proposition 6, a ballot initiative in Reagan's home state of California where he was governor, which would have banned gays, lesbians, and supporters of LGBT rights from working in public schools in California. His opposition to the initiative was instrumental in its landslide defeat by Californian voters. Reagan published an editorial in which he stated "homosexuality is not a contagious disease like the measles", and that prevailing scientific opinion was that a child's sexual orientation cannot be influenced by someone else

Executive Order -- Accelerating Investment in Industrial Energy Efficiency

EXECUTIVE ORDER

ACCELERATING INVESTMENT IN INDUSTRIAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to promote American manufacturing by helping to facilitate investments in energy efficiency at industrial facilities, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. The industrial sector accounts for over 30 percent of all energy consumed in the United States, and, for many manufacturers, energy costs affect overall competitiveness. While our manufacturing facilities have made progress in becoming more energy efficient over the past several decades, there is an opportunity to accelerate and expand these efforts with investments to reduce energy use through more efficient manufacturing processes and facilities and the expanded use of combined heat and power (CHP). Instead of burning fuel in an on site boiler to produce thermal energy and also purchasing electricity from the grid, a manufacturing facility can use a CHP system to provide both types of energy in one energy efficient step. Accelerating these investments in our Nation's factories can improve the competitiveness of United States manufacturing, lower energy costs, free up future capital for businesses to invest, reduce air pollution, and create jobs.

Despite these benefits, independent studies have pointed to under-investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP as a result of numerous barriers. The Federal Government has limited but important authorities to overcome these barriers, and our efforts to support investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP should involve coordinated engagement with a broad set of stakeholders, including States, manufacturers, utilities, and others. By working with all stakeholders to address these barriers, we have an opportunity to save industrial users tens of billions of dollars in energy costs over the next decade.

There is no one size fits all solution for our manufacturers, so it is imperative that we support these investments through a variety of approaches, including encouraging private sector investment by setting goals and highlighting the benefits of investment, improving coordination at the Federal level, partnering with and supporting States, and identifying investment models beneficial to the multiple stakeholders involved.

To formalize and support the close interagency coordination that is required to accelerate greater investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP, this order directs certain executive departments and agencies to convene national and regional stakeholders to identify, develop, and encourage the adoption of investment models and State best practice policies for industrial energy efficiency and CHP; provide technical assistance to States and manufacturers to encourage investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP; provide public information on the benefits of investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP; and use existing Federal authorities, programs, and policies to support investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP.

Sec. 2. Encouraging Investment in Industrial Efficiency. The Departments of Energy, Commerce, and Agriculture, and the Environmental Protection Agency, in coordination with the National Economic Council, the Domestic Policy Council, the Council on Environmental Quality, and the Office of Science and Technology Policy, shall coordinate policies to encourage investment in industrial efficiency in order to reduce costs for industrial users, improve U.S. competitiveness, create jobs, and reduce harmful air pollution. In doing so, they shall engage States, industrial companies, utility companies, and other stakeholders to accelerate this investment. Specifically, these agencies shall, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law:

(a) coordinate and strongly encourage efforts to achieve a national goal of deploying 40 gigawatts of new, cost effective industrial CHP in the United States by the end of 2020;

(b) convene stakeholders, through a series of public workshops, to develop and encourage the use of best practice State policies and investment models that address the multiple barriers to investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP;

(c) utilize their respective relevant authorities and resources to encourage investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP, such as by:

(i) providing assistance to States on accounting for the potential emission reduction benefits of CHP and other energy efficiency policies when developing State Implementation Plans (SIPs) to achieve national ambient air quality standards;

(ii) providing incentives for the deployment of CHP and other types of clean energy, such as set asides under emissions allowance trading program state implementation plans, grants, and loans;

(iii) employing output based approaches as compliance options in power and industrial sector regulations, as appropriate, to recognize the emissions benefits of highly efficient energy generation technologies like CHP; and

(iv) seeking to expand participation in and create additional tools to support the Better Buildings, Better Plants program at the Department of Energy, which is working with companies to help them achieve a goal of reducing energy intensity by 25 percent over 10 years, as well as utilizing existing partnership programs to support energy efficiency and CHP;

(d) support and encourage efforts to accelerate investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP by:

(i) providing general guidance, technical analysis and information, and financial analysis on the value of investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP to States, utilities, and owners and operators of industrial facilities;

(ii) improving the usefulness of Federal data collection and analysis; and

(iii) assisting States in developing and implementing State specific best practice policies that can accelerate investment in industrial energy efficiency and CHP.

In implementing this section, these agencies should consult with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as appropriate.

Sec. 3. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department, agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Executive Order -- Improving Access to Mental Health Services for Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families

EXECUTIVE ORDER

IMPROVING ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR VETERANS, SERVICE MEMBERS, AND MILITARY FAMILIES

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby order as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Since September 11, 2001, more than two million service members have deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan. Long deployments and intense combat conditions require optimal support for the emotional and mental health needs of our service members and their families. The need for mental health services will only increase in the coming years as the Nation deals with the effects of more than a decade of conflict. Reiterating and expanding upon the commitment outlined in my Administration's 2011 report, entitled "Strengthening Our Military Families," we have an obligation to evaluate our progress and continue to build an integrated network of support capable of providing effective mental health services for veterans, service members, and their families. Our public health approach must encompass the practices of disease prevention and the promotion of good health for all military populations throughout their lifespans, both within the health care systems of the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs and in local communities. Our efforts also must focus on both outreach to veterans and their families and the provision of high quality mental health treatment to those in need. Coordination between the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense during service members' transition to civilian life is essential to achieving these goals.

Ensuring that all veterans, service members (Active, Guard, and Reserve alike), and their families receive the support they deserve is a top priority for my Administration. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve all facets of military mental health, this order directs the Secretaries of Defense, Health and Human Services, Education, Veterans Affairs, and Homeland Security to expand suicide prevention strategies and take steps to meet the current and future demand for mental health and substance abuse treatment services for veterans, service members, and their families.

Sec. 2. Suicide Prevention. (a) By December 31, 2012, the Department of Veterans Affairs, in continued collaboration with the Department of Health and Human Services, shall expand the capacity of the Veterans Crisis Line by 50 percent to ensure that veterans have timely access, including by telephone, text, or online chat, to qualified, caring responders who can help address immediate crises and direct veterans to appropriate care. Further, the Department of Veterans Affairs shall ensure that any veteran identifying him or herself as being in crisis connects with a mental health professional or trained mental health worker within 24 hours. The Department of Veterans Affairs also shall expand the number of mental health professionals who are available to see veterans beyond traditional business hours.

(b) The Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense shall jointly develop and implement a national suicide prevention campaign focused on connecting veterans and service members to mental health services. This 12 month campaign, which shall begin on September 1, 2012, will focus on the positive benefits of seeking care and encourage veterans and service members to proactively reach out to support services.

(c) To provide the best mental health and substance abuse prevention, education, and outreach support to our military and their family members, the Department of Defense shall review all of its existing mental health and substance abuse prevention, education, and outreach programs across the military services and the Defense Health Program to identify the key program areas that produce the greatest impact on quality and outcomes, and rank programs within each of these program areas using metrics that assess their effectiveness. By the end of Fiscal Year 2014, existing program resources shall be realigned to ensure that highly ranked programs are implemented across all of the military services and less effective programs are replaced.

Sec. 3. Enhanced Partnerships Between the Department of Veterans Affairs and Community Providers. (a) Within 180 days of the date of this order, in those service areas where the Department of Veterans Affairs has faced challenges in hiring and placing mental health service providers and continues to have unfilled vacancies or long wait times, the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Health and Human Services shall establish pilot projects whereby the Department of Veterans Affairs contracts or develops formal arrangements with community based providers, such as community mental health clinics, community health centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, and rural health clinics, to test the effectiveness of community partnerships in helping to meet the mental health needs of veterans in a timely way. Pilot sites shall ensure that consumers of community-based services continue to be integrated into the health care systems of the Department of Veterans Affairs. No fewer than 15 pilot projects shall be established.

(b) The Department of Veterans Affairs shall develop guidance for its medical centers and service networks that supports the use of community mental health services, including telehealth services and substance abuse services, where appropriate, to meet demand and facilitate access to care. This guidance shall include recommendations that medical centers and service networks use community-based providers to help meet veterans' mental health needs where objective criteria, which the Department of Veterans Affairs shall define in the form of specific metrics, demonstrate such needs. Such objective criteria should include estimates of wait-times for needed care that exceed established targets.

(c) The Departments of Health and Human Services and Veterans Affairs shall develop a plan for a rural mental health recruitment initiative to promote opportunities for the Department of Veterans Affairs and rural communities to share mental health providers when demand is insufficient for either the Department of Veterans Affairs or the communities to independently support a full time provider.

Sec. 4. Expanded Department of Veterans Affairs Mental Health Services Staffing. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall, by December 31, 2013, hire and train 800 peer to peer counselors to empower veterans to support other veterans and help meet mental health care needs. In addition, the Secretary shall continue to use all appropriate tools, including collaborative arrangements with community based providers, pay setting authorities, loan repayment and scholarships, and partnerships with health care workforce training programs to accomplish the Department of Veterans Affairs' goal of recruiting, hiring, and placing 1,600 mental health professionals by June 30, 2013. The Department of Veterans Affairs also shall evaluate the reporting requirements associated with providing mental health services and reduce paperwork requirements where appropriate. In addition, the Department of Veterans Affairs shall update its management performance evaluation system to link performance to meeting mental health service demand.

Sec. 5. Improved Research and Development. (a) The lack of full understanding of the underlying mechanisms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), other mental health conditions, and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) has hampered progress in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. In order to improve the coordination of agency research into these conditions and reduce the number of affected men and women through better prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, the Departments of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, and Education, in coordination with the Office of Science and Technology Policy, shall establish a National Research Action Plan within 8 months of the date of this order.

(b) The National Research Action Plan shall include strategies to establish surrogate and clinically actionable biomarkers for early diagnosis and treatment effectiveness; develop improved diagnostic criteria for TBI; enhance our understanding of the mechanisms responsible for PTSD, related injuries, and neurological disorders following TBI; foster development of new treatments for these conditions based on a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms; improve data sharing between agencies and academic and industry researchers to accelerate progress and reduce redundant efforts without compromising privacy; and make better use of electronic health records to gain insight into the risk and mitigation of PTSD, TBI, and related injuries. In addition, the National Research Action Plan shall include strategies to support collaborative research to address suicide prevention.

(c) The Departments of Defense and Health and Human Services shall engage in a comprehensive longitudinal mental health study with an emphasis on PTSD, TBI, and related injuries to develop better prevention, diagnosis, and treatment options. Agencies shall continue ongoing collaborative research efforts, with an aim to enroll at least 100,000 service members by December 31, 2012, and include a plan for long term follow up with enrollees through a coordinated effort with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Sec. 6. Military and Veterans Mental Health Interagency Task Force. There is established an Interagency Task Force on Military and Veterans Mental Health (Task Force), to be co chaired by the Secretaries of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and Health and Human Services, or their designated representatives.

(a) Membership. In addition to the Co-Chairs, the Task Force shall consist of representatives from:

(i) the Department of Education;

(ii) the Office of Management and Budget;

(iii) the Domestic Policy Council;

(iv) the National Security Staff;

(v) the Office of Science and Technology Policy;

(vi) the Office of National Drug Control Policy; and

(vii) such other executive departments, agencies, or offices as the Co-Chairs may designate.

A member agency of the Task Force shall designate a full time officer or employee of the Federal Government to perform the Task Force functions.

(b) Mission. Member agencies shall review relevant statutes, policies, and agency training and guidance to identify reforms and take actions that facilitate implementation of the strategies outlined in this order. Member agencies shall work collaboratively on these strategies and also create an inventory of mental health and substance abuse programs and activities to inform this work.

(c) Functions.

(i) Not later than 180 days after the date of this order, the Task Force shall submit recommendations to the President on strategies to improve mental health and substance abuse treatment services for veterans, service members, and their families. Every year thereafter, the Task Force shall provide to the President a review of agency actions to enhance mental health and substance abuse treatment services for veterans, service members, and their families consistent with this order, as well as provide additional recommendations for action as appropriate. The Task Force shall define specific goals and metrics that will aid in measuring progress in improving mental health strategies. The Task Force will include cost analysis in the development of all recommendations, and will ensure any new requirements are supported within existing resources.

(ii) In addition to coordinating and reviewing agency efforts to enhance veteran and military mental health services pursuant to this order, the Task Force shall evaluate:

(1) agency efforts to improve care quality and ensure that the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs and community based mental health providers are trained in the most current evidence based methodologies for treating PTSD, TBI, depression, related mental health conditions, and substance abuse;

(2) agency efforts to improve awareness and reduce stigma for those needing to seek care; and

(3) agency research efforts to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of TBI, PTSD, and related injuries, and explore the need for an external research portfolio review.

(iii) In performing its functions, the Task Force shall consult with relevant nongovernmental experts and organizations as necessary.

Sec. 7. General Provisions. (a) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(b) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

GULF COAST ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 311 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (FWPCA) (33 U.S.C. 1321), section 1006 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (33 U.S.C. 2706), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. Executive Order 13554 of October 5, 2010, was issued after the blowout and explosion of the mobile offshore drilling unit Deepwater Horizon that occurred on April 20, 2010, and resulted in the largest oil spill in U.S. history (Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill). Executive Order 13554 recognized the Gulf Coast as a national treasure and addressed the longstanding ecological decline of that region, which was compounded by the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. In doing so, Executive Order 13554 established a Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Task Force (Task Force) to coordinate intergovernmental efforts, planning, and the exchange of information in order to better implement Gulf Coast ecosystem restoration and facilitate appropriate accountability and support throughout the restoration process.
Since the implementation of Executive Order 13554, the Federal Government's Gulf Coast ecosystem restoration planning efforts have advanced significantly. The Task Force's Gulf of Mexico Regional Ecosystem Restoration Strategy (Strategy), created with input from Federal, State, tribal, and local governments, and thousands of involved citizens and organizations across the region, serves as a comprehensive restoration plan for addressing ecological concerns in the Gulf of Mexico. In light of the release of the Strategy, the ongoing work of the Natural Resource Damage Trustee Council (Trustee Council) under the Oil Pollution Act, and the recent passage of the Resources and Ecosystems Sustainability, Tourist Opportunities, and Revived Economies of the Gulf Coast States Act of 2012 (RESTORE Act) (title I, subtitle F of Public Law 112-141), this order affirms the Federal Government's Gulf Coast ecosystem restoration efforts and realigns responsibilities to ensure the most effective governmental planning and coordination to reach these goals.
Sec. 2. Termination of the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Task Force. The progress of the Task Force is noteworthy. It has completed the Strategy and the preliminary planning and coordination tasks that it was intended to produce and has significantly advanced important ecosystem restoration goals for the Gulf of Mexico. In light of the recent creation, described below, of the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (Gulf Restoration Council), which will build upon the Task Force's already successful collaboration between Federal, State, and tribal governments and, as directed by statute, include and incorporate in its proposed comprehensive plan the findings and information prepared by the Task Force, the Task Force shall terminate no later than 60 days after the Gulf Restoration Council commences its work. The functions of the Task Force will be performed by the Gulf Restoration Council and the Trustee Council to the extent practicable, as set forth in this order. Prior to its termination, the Task Force will provide such assistance as is appropriate to the Gulf Restoration Council.
Sec. 3. The Gulf Coast Restoration Trust Fund and the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council.
(a) Gulf Coast Restoration Trust Fund. The RESTORE Act, which was signed into law as part of the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (Public Law 112-141), established a mechanism for providing funding to the Gulf region to restore ecosystems and rebuild local economies damaged by the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. The RESTORE Act established in the Treasury of the United States the Gulf Coast Restoration Trust Fund (Trust Fund), consisting of 80 percent of an amount equal to any administrative and civil penalties paid after the date of the RESTORE Act by the responsible parties in connection with the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill to the United States pursuant to a court order, negotiated settlement, or other instrument in accordance with section 311 of the FWPCA (33 U.S.C. 1321).
(b) Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council. The RESTORE Act established the Gulf Restoration Council, an independent entity charged with developing a comprehensive plan for ecosystem restoration in the Gulf Coast (Comprehensive Plan), as well as any future revisions to the Comprehensive Plan. Among its other duties, the Gulf Restoration Council is tasked with identifying projects and programs aimed at restoring and protecting the natural resources and ecosystems of the Gulf Coast region, to be funded from a portion of the Trust Fund; establishing such other advisory committees as may be necessary to assist the Gulf Restoration Council, including a scientific advisory committee and a committee to advise the Gulf Restoration Council on public policy issues; gathering information relevant to Gulf Coast restoration, including through research, modeling, and monitoring; and providing an annual report to the Congress on implementation progress. Consistent with the RESTORE Act, the Comprehensive Plan developed by the Gulf Restoration Council will include provisions necessary to fully incorporate the Strategy, projects, and programs recommended by the Task Force.
(c) Federal members of the Gulf Restoration Council and Trustee Council, as well as all Federal entities involved in Gulf Coast restoration, shall work closely with one another to advance their common goals, reduce duplication, and maximize consistency among their efforts. All Federal members are directed to consult with each other and with all non-federal members in carrying out their duties on the Gulf Restoration Council.
Sec. 4. Ongoing Role of the Natural Resource Damage Assessment Trustee Council. (a) Executive Order 13554 recognized the role of the Trustee Council, and designated trustees as provided in 33 U.S.C. 2706, with trusteeship over natural resources injured, lost, or destroyed as a result of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Specifically, Executive Order 13554 recognized the importance of carefully coordinating the work of the Task Force with the Trustee Council, whose members have statutory responsibility to assess natural resources damages from the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, to restore trust resources, and seek compensation for lost use of those trust resources. Section 3(b) of Executive Order 13554 instructed the Task Force to "support the Natural Resource Damage Assessment process by referring potential ecosystem restoration actions to the . . . Trustee Council for consideration and facilitating coordination among the relevant departments, agencies, and offices, as appropriate, subject to the independent statutory responsibilities of the trustees." The Department of Commerce (through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), the Department of the Interior (through the Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Park Service), and the Department of Justice have worked to identify linkages and opportunities for the Task Force to complement the restoration progress of the Trustee Council.
(b) Section 7(e) of Executive Order 13554 provides that nothing in that order shall interfere with the statutory responsibilities and authority of the Trustee Council or the individual trustees to carry out their statutory responsibilities to assess natural resource damages and implement restoration actions under 33 U.S.C. 2706 and other applicable law. Agencies that were members of the Task Force shall continue to comply with these requirements.
Sec. 5. Designating Trustees for Natural Resource Damage Assessment. Given their authorities, programs, and expertise, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA) have institutional capacities that can contribute significantly to the Natural Resource Damage Assessment and restoration efforts, including scientific and policy expertise as well as experience gained in the Task Force process and other planning efforts in the Gulf area. In addition, EPA's and USDA's relevant authorities cover a range of natural resources and their supporting ecosystems, including waters, sediments, barrier islands, wetlands, soils, land management, air resources, and drinking water supplies. The inclusion of EPA and USDA as trustees participating in the Natural Resource Damage Assessment and restoration efforts will maximize coordination across the Federal Government and enhance overall efficiencies regarding Gulf Coast ecosystem restoration. Accordingly, without limiting the designations in Executive Order 12777 of October 18, 1991, or any other existing designations, and pursuant to section 2706(b)(2) of title 33, United States Code, I hereby designate the Administrator of EPA and the Secretary of Agriculture as additional trustees for Natural Resource Damage Assessment and restoration solely in connection with injury to, destruction of, loss of, or loss of use of natural resources, including their supporting ecosystems, resulting from the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. The addition of these Federal trustees does not, in and of itself, alter any existing agreements among or between the trustees and any other entity. All Federal trustees are directed to consult, coordinate, and cooperate with each other in carrying out all of their trustee duties and responsibilities.
The Administrator of EPA is hereby directed to revise Subpart G of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan to reflect the designations for the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill discussed in this section.
Sec. 6. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to a department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Trustee Council, or those of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

Now that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has turned down Barack Obama’s offer to replace Vice President Joe Biden, Obama is left with but one move to win reelection and remain President, and it will cost hundreds of thousands of lives.
Had Hillary switched with Biden, Obama would have had a chance to win the election. A hell of a lot more of a chance than as it now stands. He has done everything he thought “the people” wanted, but he has been forced to realize that his “people” are the occupiers (the true 1%, if that).
Obama is watching the Presidency slip away from him.

His fellow Constitution-hating Marxists and socialists, along with his union Communist thugs, are a noisy minority that bullied its way to the front of the class, only to be discovered in the light of day and identified as the enemy within. They are a noisy, inconsiderate, vile, crude, enemy within bought and paid for by the White House.
We see them, we know what they are, and we are leading them to a Reagan-type landslide defeat. A slaughter sponsored by a love we have of Capitalism and Freedom, a love that can only exist unrestrained in the brilliant creation of our forefathers, protected by their Constitution. You know, the one Obama found so distasteful in his quest for a Chavez-style dictatorship in a stripped down, collapsing America.
Now, the only avenue to victory left to him is to start a war. He won’t want it to end too quickly, as it has to last at least until the election and seem like it can last longer.
I can see him waiting until about a month before the election and then attacking Iran. More than likely, he will do it by attacking Israel and creating a high death toll, leaving Iran’s fingerprints on the attack. That will officially draw us into a conflict, during which Obama will allow for as much death and destruction to reign on Israel as he can possibly manage.
All the while sending unarmed American observers, or soldiers without ammunition or permission to engage the enemy to the area to be killed and kidnapped, satisfying his Muslim Brotherhood counterparts.


Of course, the media will play him up as a daring war President, sensitive to other cultures, and rally for his retention “during a time of war!” What a repulsive thought!

Obama’s Department of Justice is demanding a federal judge dismiss the injunction with which she sought to uphold the constitutional rights of the American people.
On May 16^th, federal judge Kathleen Forrest granted a preliminary injunction to plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed against Barack Obama and the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA), striking down those sections of the Act that provide the president the power to indefinitely detain American citizens without benefit of their 5^th and 6^th Amendment rights.
Under the terms of the Act, Obama had been given exclusive authority to direct members of the US military to arrest and imprison anyone he believed to have “substantially supported” al Qaeda, the Taliban, or “associated forces.” When pressed by plaintiff’s attorneys about the practical extent of this authority, government lawyers admitted “…the NDAA does give the president the power to lock up people like journalist Chris Hedges and peaceful activists,” admitting that “…even war correspondents could be locked up indefinitely under the NDAA

And when asked by the judge what it meant to be an “associated force”, Obama’s lawyers “…claimed the right to refrain from offering any clear definition of [the] term, or clear boundaries of the president’s power under [the] law.” In short, it is the federal government’s scheme that the Act remain so vague that a corrupt and power-hungry Administration may imprison virtually anyone it considers a threat to its pursuit of absolute power.
On July 25^th, Administration lawyers filed papers demanding Judge Forrest’s preliminary injunction NOT be made permanent. In the filing, Obama made it clear his Administration would ignore the court and its injunction regardless of what the judge may decide, claiming incorrectly that “…[the] injunction would have ‘nil’ effect, for the government would continue to possess the identical detention authority under the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force…” Of course, that is a lie, as the AUMF applies only to known members of al Qaeda or the Taliban.
Most indicative of the Obama Administration’s contempt for Judge Forrest, the law, and the American people was government attorney Benjamin Torrance’s claim that it was “the Obama Administration’s position” NDAA detention provisions do not apply to American citizens living in the US. Judge Forrest responded by quoting Chief Justice Roberts, who wrote in a 2010 case that the Supreme Court “…would not uphold an unconstitutional statute merely because the government promised to use it reasonably.” So much for Judge Forrest’s faith in the validity and value of Obama’s signing statement promise to not employ his Section 1021 authority to indefinitely detain the American public!
Yet incredibly, when pressed on the issue, this Obama mouthpiece suggested to Forrest that concerns about the president’s detention powers were excessive as American citizens would, after all, have the ability to file a writ of habeas corpus should they be illegally or improperly jailed! “How long does [such a] petition take,” asked Forrest? When Torrance refused to answer, the Judge continued, “Several years, right”?
So not only did Obama’s attorney lie about his Marxist boss’s corrupt intentions; he actually claimed that the abuse of American citizens was somehow acceptable because those unconstitutionally imprisoned might ask that the charges against them be produced after ONLY a few years behind bars!
Judge Forrest will soon decide whether to make the injunction permanent. Every citizen must watch very carefully for that ruling, as the “mainstream” media has ignored the story completely. We must all hope the Judge will not be intimidated by this corrupt Regime as so many of her colleagues have been before her.

Farmers plead to use their own wells

Warn that drought is costing crops, income, tax revenue

GREELEY, Colo. – Lawmakers in Colorado say they want a study of groundwater issues in the northeastern part of the state where farmers have been banned from pumping from their wells for several years.

But farmers and local officials there say this historic drought is an emergency and the governor should use his executive authority to bypass the judiciary.
WND previously reported how farmers in Weld County are facing the possibility of losing their crops because the courts have refused them permission to use water right under their feet, groundwater that is rising and actually seeping into basements.
Now an estimated 200 farmers have met in a show of solidarity, signing a statement to the government that if they are not allowed to turn on their wells and irrigate their crops they will not be able to pay taxes next year.
This year’s snowpack is only 2 percent of average, tying a record low set during another historic drought in 2002.
Over the decades, wells were drilled to supplement low water usage during times such as this. However, several years ago the courts ordered the wells shut down because farmers were not “augmenting” or replacing the water they removed from the ground.
The reasoning was that any groundwater not used is water that will eventually flow into the South Platte River Basin at some point in the future and by using this water, farmers were depriving senior water right holders of their portion of water from the river.
Glen Fritzler, a farmer who operates a corn maze in LaSalle and hosted the event, disputed the contention that allowing area farmers to turn on the wells would deprive senior water holders.
“Our groundwater is at historically high levels to where it is flooding basements, septic systems are overflowing … but the river is still at historic lows,” he said. “The reason the river is low is because of the snowpack, not from farmers pumping the groundwater to save their crops.”
Several farmers testified that if the state did not give them the ability to pump within a matter of days they would be in danger of losing entire fields.
Gene Kammerzell, who operates a large nursery, said that he doesn’t have enough water to keep crops alive.
“Without turning on the wells, I have an $8.34 million dollar crop in jeopardy unless we get substantial rainfall in the next 10 days.”
He went on to point out that the volume of groundwater in the aquifer they were seeking to pump from consists of 10.5 million acre-feet. One acre-foot is about 326,000 gallons.
“We have five Lake McConaughys under our feet and because of the political morass and the mismanagement it has been removed from our ability to tap it,” Kammerzell said.
He was not the only farmer facing these concerns. Third generation farmer Dave Patroco said he was on the brink of losing thousands of acres in corn, hay and other crops.
“If presidents can issue disaster declarations for places like New Orleans and other places where there are floods that need assistance, there is no reason they cannot do the same for us.
“We are only asking for around 90 days to be able to use the water during this drought,” he said.
Rather than simply complain about the issue, local authorities are taking action in an attempt to persuade the governor to turn the wells back on.
John Meininger, an attorney who has been representing many of the farmers on this issue pro bono, said while the courts have ordered the wells turned off, there is a solution available.
“The governor has the authority to order the wells turned on based on his authority to declare the imminent possibility of a disaster whether natural or man-made and this certainly qualifies,” he said. “The groundwater issue is man-made because of the wells being shut down. This is a very real disaster today and the government has a responsibility to protect people in times like this.”
County officials stated they agree with the farmers and plan to take swift action.
Sean Conway, chairman of the Weld County Commissioners, said they are going to pass a resolution on Monday morning declaring a natural disaster in the county.
“We’re going to pass an emergency declaration and send it on to the governor,” Conway said. “We’ll ask him to declare one too.”
The declaration will call on the governor to use his executive authority to turn on the wells for at least 30 days.
“We’ll also ask him to convene the drought task force,” said Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, a fourth generation farmer.
Jim Yahn, who represents Colorado farmers near the Nebraska border, indicated that if the disaster declaration is issued, he will challenge it in court. Yahn’s fear is that by letting the farmers use the groundwater this summer it could impact their ability to have their reservoirs refilled from the South Platte River this winter.
“When you pump, there’s an effect,” Yahn said. “It may not be today. It may not be tomorrow, but there will be an effect.”
Commissioner Doug Rademacher disputed the contention that farmers were not being efficient users of their water, “Water from the South Platte is used an average of seven times before it leaves the state. It provides an economic return of 10 to 1 making it one of the most efficient rivers in the nation.”
Kirkmeyer said Yahn would not be able to succeed as the governor’s disaster order to turn on the wells for 30 days would override any court order on the matter. He could subsequently extend the order on a month by month basis to help the farmers get through this season.
However, there appear to be troubling signs that the state may not be so quick to provide relief until it is too late.
John Stulp, the governor’s water policy adviser, told Channel 7-KMGH Denver, the only television station present at the meeting, that he was skeptical that what was happening amounted to a disaster declaration at this time.
Stulp said the threshold for a disaster threshold is a 30 percent crop loss in a designated area and no one has lost any crops yet.
The farmers said the reason no crops have been lost is they are not ready to give up yet and they will be using the water as long as they can, hoping the governor will take action before the loss.
“We want to close the barn doors before the horses get out,” Conway said.
Recent legislation was passed ordering a study of the groundwater issue, but it is not expected to be completed until next year. Bob Sakuta, a senior farmer from Brighton, said turning the wells on for 90 days would actually help with the study, because they could monitor the usage and see how it affects river flow.
Wayne Stewart, a farmer from Eaton, said he wanted to send a clear message to government officials that they were not looking for a handout. “No one here is asking for money from the government. All we are asking is for the right to turn on our wells and we will use our own hard-earned money to pump the water.”
WND previously reported on the issue that has been created by the state Supreme Court’s decision in 2006 to order 440 wells shut down and another 1,000 curtailed.
Under Colorado water doctrine, water is distributed under the principle of first in use, first in right whereby prior users have senior rights to junior users. Senior right holders such as the cities of Boulder, Centennial, Highlands Ranch and Sterling, which had experienced phenomenal growth in the 1990s, became concerned their water supply in the river basin was being depleted by junior water-right well owners who were pumping water from the Alluvium Aquifer, which flows into the South Platte River Basin.

All that is required for the evils of these financially powerful dictators to execute their plans of destruction is for good people to ignore their actions and keep quiet. And in our federal government there are so many ass kissers who want the money of George Soros that they will gladly trade the ethics of their personal integrity in for the ease of money that Soros throws on the ground like we might throw food to a dog.
Anyone who blindly trusts that there are not such people who openly advocate complete insurrection and massive enslavement of the human population are naive fools. All one has to do is read a Shakespearian play to understand the level of manipulation the human mind is capable of, because although the plays are fictional, they resonate because there is a truth to them that the human race understands. My favorite among all Shakespeare’s plays is Titus Andronicus. The level of deceit shown in that play is particularly brutal, but much to my experience, entirely accurate. Most people don’t act with the brutality and violence displayed in Titus Andronicus—but they think about it in the quiet of their minds when they think nobody is looking.




George Soros is not alone in his attempt to become a world-wide king where presidents and media personalities dance from his fingertips. He expects such things because his money has bought him the right to “rule” in the European fashion of servitude. And he has stated with his own mouth that he desires the United States to be out of his way. So he has created a shadow party that actually legislates behind the scenes.
This is not so difficult to understand if you know what to look for. Soros became wealthy due to capitalism; however, because he wants to maintain his power base, he seeks to eliminate any competition to his throne of power by eliminating capitalism from his competitors. So Soros is advocating progressivism to the mindless dogs that follow so close to his heels. Progressivism is evil. It’s disguised as “fair,” and “just” but the essence of it is parasitic. The advancement of progressivism by George Soros creates a society of parasites who feed off of him, so he can control their behavior like a king. It’s that simple. It’s a military maneuver and is logical from a strategic standpoint.



Where Americans go wrong is in the belief that people like Soros are not so diabolical and power-hungry, because the typical American isn’t. It is difficult to understand how power-hungry some of these wealthy people are, and to what measure they are willing to inflict their vision upon the world, no matter how distorted or tyrannical. I got a taste of how America sees the world during the recent Kentucky-Louisville basketball game during the Final Four. My wife and I spend entire days without turning on the TV and if we do, it’s the news we watch. I don’t watch much from the big four networks so I don’t often see the commercials, or even the slant of the modern broadcast programming. Most of the time she and I read for 10 to 12 hours in a sitting. In fact yesterday, my daughter left the house at 9 AM to work and do what young people do with their friends, and when she returned at 10:30 PM thirteen and a half hours later, I was in the exact same place doing what I was doing when she left. The 13 hours flew by as my mind was occupied in study and thought, which is how I like it. But apparently the rest of the world doesn’t, because they are watching all the crazy television shows that have obvious messages of progressivism laced within them. While watching that basketball game it was clear how distracted most of America is these days on images of enticement projecting progressive philosophy to a hungry public. It’s easy to see for me, because I don’t normally watch television. But many people do, so they turn on the television, and turn off their brains. That’s when dictators like Soros do their work.




America won’t tend to itself. The ideas that created the United States Constitution came from the 17th century discovery that man has rights and were invented when John Locke observed the behavior of the original pirate of the Caribbean Henry Morgan. That was the time and place that America was born in ideas that fleshed out over the next one hundred years and were captured on paper by the Founding Fathers. People like George Soros wish the world to be like it was before this discovery. He wants to be just another king in a long line of dictators. He doesn’t want freedom for mankind. He wants enslavement. And he is using the progressive philosophy of the parasite to undermine the discovery that man has rights.
To see it you only have to look around at the ass kissers, the suck-ups, the brown-nosing bastards, the back-stabbing diabolical menaces among you. Those who seek to earn their way not with ideas of their own or work of their hands, but of favors built from the table scraps left behind by the rich and powerful, the type of people who will do tricks for their masters like dogs, who simply roll over upon command, play dead, or will leap when told for a tiny morsel of food. Presidents have shown they will do such tricks for their masters, congressman, senators, lobbyists, businessmen, union thugs, media personalities, public school officials, trustees, commissioners and the like have all shown that they will eat out of the hand of the wealthy upon command and do simple tricks like a dog. They will speak when told, and lay at the feat of their masters in exchange for a table scrap.




So why is it so hard to believe that George Soros wants to take over the world and enslave the human race? Dear reader, are you so happy to surrender your rights as a human being in exchange for the tiny scraps of food your master will give you? Apparently—yes.
I watched with great concern last week when the Mega Millions Jackpot went up over $640 million. I had several people approach me about getting in on a ticket pool. One such pool had 91 people in it, and I told everyone no. My reason was that I would actually feel bad getting money for no productivity. I reasoned that I did not see myself as a slave, and that the money would not earn me my freedom from any shackles. It would make me feel cheap and a pawn to a system that is disguised as just another tax. I got the typical blank looks of confusion. On Friday the night of the big drawing, my wife and I went to dinner. On the way, we gassed up at a local convenience store and noticed the tremendous line from people buying their lottery tickets. We discussed it for a moment and both agreed that buying a ticket would be equivalent to selling out, and that we refused to participate. On our way to dinner we compared the people buying those lottery tickets to a dog that has a tendency to run away if the door is left open, or a leash isn’t tied securely to their necks—or the invisible fence is left off. The people scouring to buy those lottery tickets wanted freedom, freedom from the George Soros’s in their lives. They wanted freedom from the suck-ups or from being a suck-up in order to secure a livelihood. That’s why they bought a lottery ticket, because they felt trapped and money was their ticket to freedom.



My wife and I ate our dinner and based on the conversation around us, we were the only people in West Chester to not have a lottery ticket, so if this were a true democracy, we were in the wrong. But thankfully it’s not. I’m not compelled to do something just because the masses are fools. As an American, I don’t have to buy a lottery ticket to generate additional tax revenue for more looters in the system. I don’t owe George Soros anything, not even my time and attention. And there is no amount of money a guy like him could dangle in front of my face to get me to do a trick for him. Soros could literally put a billion dollars in front of my face and I wouldn’t take it. Because by taking the money, you give Soros and those like him power over you. To be honest, I’ve had many bribes placed before me over the years and I have turned every single one of them down. 100% of the time. Bribes to shut up, bribes to comply, bribes to advance, bribes to submit, it’s impossible to be an adult and not have those bribes presented before you at some point. But my life, my time, and my energy are not for sale. I own them, and nobody else. And I have little respect for those who do not have such convictions. And I have even less respect for those who will trade their freedoms away to someone like George Soros for the price of a table scrap—and to me even a million dollars is a scrap, because if it’s not earned with your hands, your mind, or your essence in any way, It’s a handout—and therefore a shackle of serfdom that is unforgivable and a menace to everything it means to be human. Lessons to be learned for sure from the great work of Titus Andronicus.

The boy’s mother Melissa Coon said his attackers told him ‘you deserve it.’

A 13-year-old boy who police say was doused with gasoline and lit on fire last week while walking home from school is recovering from first-degree burns to his face and head.

The boy was just two blocks from his home in Kansas City Tuesday when two teenagers began to follow him and then attacked him, his mother, Melissa Coon, said.

Police have described the suspects as black 16-year-olds, while the victim is white.

“We were told it’s a hate crime,” Coon told KTLA.

“They rushed him on the porch as he tried to get the door open,” Coon told KMBC. “(One of them) poured the gasoline, then flicked the Bic, and said, ‘This is what you deserve. You get what you deserve, white boy.’”

By lighting the gasoline, the second attacker “produced a large fireball burning the face and hair” of the boy, according to a Kansas City Police Department report obtained by KCTV.

“It was pretty bad stuff,” Detective Stacey Taylor told the TV station, adding that police are concerned the boy may have suffered damage to his eyes and lungs.

Coon said her son put out the fire with his shirt and called 911 himself. He was rushed to the hospital and was treated for his injuries.

She believes the students also attend East High School with her son, and said he will not be returning to the school. She also told KMBC her traumatized family plans now plans to move.

“My 5-year-old came in and asked me, ‘Mom, am I going to get set on fire today?’” Coon said. “I was in tears.”
