Americans were livid when they found out the IRS was targeting conservative groups—using endless questionnaires to demand donor lists, political and family connections, Facebook posts, event records, transcripts of speeches, and even the content of their prayers! The IRS then put these endless questionnaires in the circular file for up to three years, and some conservative groups—specifically Tea Party groups—are still waiting for a resolution to their applications. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that the targeting of conservative groups had a two-fold purpose that had nothing to do with determining conservative groups’ tax status: 1. To keep Tea Party groups busy filling out paperwork instead of organizing in order to neutralize them until after the 2012 election. 2. To collect opposition research on Obama’s political enemies
At the same time, not one single progressive group was targeted by the IRS. Not one single progressive group received endless questionnaires. Not one single progressive group had to wait years for a determination of their tax-exempt status, but were fast-tracked in a period of months.  This included the Kenya-based Barack H. Obama Foundation headed by Obama’s half brother, Malik Obama. The Barack H. Obama Foundation was approved by none other than IRS poster girl Lois Lerner, personally approving it in a speedy thirty days! Lerner even went further, illegally backdating the application to 2008—a full three years—allowing them to keep the thousands of dollars they had illegally collected.
But this is mild compared to what the IRS has been engaged in.  According to a report by WND.com,  an even more egregious act by the IRS regards CAIR —the Council on American Islamic Relations—whose tax-exempt status was revoked in June of 2011. Despite having failed to file annual tax filings for multiple years, in June of 2012, during the height of the Obama administration’s IRS attack on conservatives, the IRS secretly reinstated CAIR’s tax-exempt status despite Congressional investigations of the shady so-called Muslim “outreach” group.
This is the same CAIR that has deep ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
This is the same CAIR that was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2008/2009 Holy Land Foundation terrorist-funding trial. The Holy Land Foundation, posing as a Palestinian charity, was a conduit for funneling millions of dollars to the terrorist group HAMAS, the sister organization of Muslim Brotherhood.
This is the same CAIR that the Obama administration allowed to literally purge hundreds of pages of classified FBI training materials of terms like “jihad” and “Islamist,” in order to remove any words that Obama felt included so-called “Islamaphobic” terms.
Why was a terrorist front group’s tax exempt status reinstated? Perhaps we should ask the Obama administration: CAIR has had literally hundreds of meetings with the State Department, the FBI, and yes, even the White House! A terrorist front group in the White House? Unbelievably, yes!
What does this tell us about an administration that targets conservative Americans who stand up for the Constitution, that love their country, and embraces an organization tied to terrorists, tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization that has openly vowed to destroy the United States?
That Barack Hussein Obama is a traitor, that he has committed high crimes and misdemeanors, and thus there is only one solution: Impeach him now—today.

 The Boston police commissioner has confirmed that the younger bombing suspect killed his own brother by running him over with an SUV while officers were trying to arrest him. Ed Davis told CNN is he believes Tamerlan Tsarnaev died from being hit and dragged 40 feet by his own brother Dzhokhar.
Doctors revealed the Tamerlan had been shot and appeared to have suffered a bomb blast, however his wounds from the tires of his stolen SUV appeared the most severe.
A medical examiner must still confirm the cause of death.
Law enforcement sources told MailOnline Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were determined not to be taken alive.

Authorities are reportedly investigating whether Dzhokar, 19, ran over his brother as part of a suicide pact so that neither of them could be put on trial.
Later, as police closed in Dzhokar reportedly put a gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger.
'These guys did not have an exit plan after the bombing, and from they way they have both ended up it looks like they planned on never being taken alive,' said a law enforcement source.

Offering the first detailed account of the firefight, Police Chief Edward Deveau, of Watertown, Massachusetts, where the drama had unfolded early Friday morning, has revealed that 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev walked towards officers firing a gun before he ran out of ammunition and was tackled to the ground.

'Now, my closest officer is five to 10 feet away, and they're exchanging gunfire between them. And he runs out of ammunition -- the bad guy -- and so one of my police officers comes off the side and tackles him in the street.'
He was in the process of being handcuffed by two or three officers when his younger brother, 19-year-old Dzhokhar, jumped behind the wheel of a black SUV the two hand allegedly carjacked earlier and barreled toward the group.
Officers who were restraining Tamerlan Tsarnaev got out of the way of the speeding vehicle, which ended up driving over the wounded suspect, the police chief told CNN.
According to Deveau, the 19-year-old suspect dragged his sibling’s body a short distance down the street and drove off. He later ditched the SUV and escaped on foot.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev was pronounced dead at a hospital a short time later.
An alleged autopsy photograph of Tamerlan that was leaked Friday shows multiple gunshot wounds and a massive open gash that spans from the center of his chest to his back.
Another smaller gash is located right below the larger wound. His right shoulder and his face show signs of hemorrhaging.
Some of the injuries could have been sustained during doctors' attempts to revive him. MailOnline is not publishing the photo due to its graphic nature.
The results of the autopsy have not been released yet, but the preliminary description of the injuries suggests that some of the wounds may have been caused by the vehicle operated by the suspect's brother.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured Friday evening following a tense standoff after he was spotted hiding in a boat parked in a backyard, bleeding profusely.
Violence erupted in the early morning hours Friday when police received reports of a robbery of a convenience store in Kendall Square near MIT and a police officer was shot and ended up with a gun fight in a small suburban street as residents slept.
Sean Collier, an MIT police officer, was shot multiple times while in his cruiser at Main and Vassar streets, near the Stata Center on the MIT campus.
The 26-year-old officer was pronounced dead at Massachusetts General Hospital.
A short time later, the two men carjacked a Mercedes SUV at gunpoint.

The search for the vehicle led to a chase that ended in Watertown, where authorities said the suspects threw explosive devices from the car and exchanged gunfire with police.

In Watertown, witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and explosions at about 1am Friday.
Dozens of police officers and FBI agents were in the neighborhood and a helicopter circled overhead.
Speaking to CNN following Dzhokhar's capture, Deveau said that a single officer was the first to encounter the two cars that Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were driving, just before 1am Friday.
One of the vehicles was a Mercedes SUV the brothers had carjacked earlier that night.
Before the officer could call for backup, the two cars came to a stop and the brothers got out.
'They jump out of the car and unload on our police officer,' Deveau said 'They both came out shooting -- shooting guns, handguns. He's under direct fire, very close by. He has to jam it in reverse and try to get himself a little distance.'
Five others officers arrived on the scene in the middle of an intense shootout during which Deveau says over 200 rounds were fired in 5-10 minutes.
The chief said that one of the suspected bombers lobbed an explosive at the officers, which later turned out to be a pressure cooker bomb like the ones used in the marathon attack Monday.
The brothers also allegedly threw other explosives at police, which Deveau described as 'very rough devices.' Two of the bombs detonated and two did not. A sixth explosive was later discovered in one of the vehicles.
At one point, the older brother came directly toward police, firing a gun at officers as he inched closer toward him, but Tamerlan Tsarnaev's luck ran out along with his ammunition, allowing one of the officers to tackle him.

Dr. David Schoenfeld, of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, was the one who ended up treating the fatally injured Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

'There was some discussion of who's coming in,' Schoenfeld said of the patient. 'Is it the suspect? Is this a victim? Is it a police officer?
'Ultimately that discussion died down quickly, because it doesn't matter who's coming in,' he added. 'We're going to treat them as best as we can, because you really don't know who it is until the dust settles.'
When the 26-year-old was brought in accompanied by a large police escort, he immediately went into cardiac arrest.
CPR was performed until a team of doctors could attempt to revive him, inserting chest tubes to treat potential injuries and gain vascular access to give the patient what Schoenfeld described as 'massive blood transfusions.'
Tsarnaev succumbed to his injuries at 1.35am. His body was turned over to law enforcement for examination to determine the source of his injuries.

Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen has slammed the State Department after one of its senior officials met with a Lebanese politician closely allied with the terrorist organization Hezbollah.
Undersecretary for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman met in Washington on Monday with Energy Minister Gebran Bassil, who belongs to Lebanon’s Free Patriotic Movement (FPM).
The FPM is a member of the alliance that controls the nation’s cabinet and includes Hezbollah, which is designated by the United States as a “foreign terrorist organization” (FTO).
The group was established with Iran’s support after the 1979 Iranian revolution, and has been called by the State Department “the most technically-capable terrorist group in the world.”
State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said Sherman and Bassil discussed issues including the crisis in Syria and maritime energy disputes. Sherman also “raised our ongoing concern about Hezbollah’s actions, including its support for the Syrian regime, its role as a terrorist organization and a proxy for Iran, and its criminal activities in the international drug trade and money laundering,” Nuland added.
Rep. Ros-Lehtinen, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, blasted the Sherman-Bassil meeting, describing the Lebanese minister as “an open supporter of the Assad regime” in Syria “and the violent extremist group Hezbollah.”
The Florida Republican said in a statement: “The fact that one the State Department’s highest ranking officials met with Bassil – one of Hezbollah’s most stalwart allies – is beyond indefensible. A supporter of Assad and Hezbollah has no place meeting with U.S. officials.
“The administration chooses to meet with the likes of Bassil while giving the cold shoulder to our closest ally, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu,” Ros-Lehtinen added, referring to President Obama’s decision not to meet with Netanyahu on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly in September after the Israeli leader had reportedly requested a meeting.
Two Lebanese opposition parties also were unhappy about Bassil’s trip, CNS News reported.
Former Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri’s mainly Sunni Future Movement and an allied Christian party, the Lebanese Forces, called the visit “provocative,” Lebanon’s Daily Star reported.
“We warn of the serious implications since the Free Patriotic Movement is an ally of Hezbollah and the Syrian-Iranian axis,” the two parties said in a joint statement.
“The FPM which Bassil represents and which claims loyalty to the homeland and calls for reform and change as well as [claiming to] safeguard the interests of Christian presence in the Levant, is a tool in the hands of Hezbollah which is dragging Lebanon into regional and international conflicts.”
The FTO designation makes it unlawful for any U.S. citizen to knowingly provide a group with “material support or resources.” FTO members or representatives are also not allowed entry to the United States.
Sherman’s meeting with Bassil came on the same day that Lebanese security officials reported the death of a Hezbollah commander and several fighters inside Syria. A Hezbollah newspaper reported that the commander, Ali Hussein Nassif, had been killed “while performing his jihadi duties.”

According to the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), there is a grave threat to America that must be suppressed at all costs.  The threat is that Lieutenant General William “Jerry” Boykin might be allowed to exercise his constitutionally guaranteed right to free speech.
This proposition is bizarre on multiple levels.  For one, General Boykin, who is a friend and greatly admired colleague of mine, is one of the United States’ most accomplished and decorated military heroes.  He served in and led our most elite special forces units for decades, including in many of our most dangerous recent combat operations.  He also held a number of senior positions in the intelligence community, including as the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.
For another, Jerry Boykin is also an ordained minister.  And the sorts of events CAIR has lately insisted he must not address include prayer sessions convened by the mayor of Ocean City, Maryland and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
What makes the suppression of General Boykin’s right to express himself – and, for that matter, to enjoy freedom of religion – all the more outrageous is the nature of the organization demanding that he be silenced.  Four federal judges have affirmed that CAIR is associated with the Muslim Brotherhood and was spawned by one of its American affiliates – the Islamic Association for Palestine.  Indeed, we know from wiretapped conversations at the time of its founding that CAIR was established by Muslim Brotherhood operatives as a political arm and fundraising mechanism for Hamas, a designated terrorist organization and the Brotherhood’s franchise in “Palestine.”
Unfortunately, CAIR and its fellow Muslim Brotherhood fronts are not simply trying to muzzle Jerry Boykin.  They have gone after a number of other truth-tellers about the doctrine the Brothers seek to insinuate into this country – the totalitarian, supremacist politico-military-legal program the Islamists call shariah.
For example, another colleague, former Congressman Fred Grandy, was removed from his position as one of Washington’s most popular talk radio show hosts when he refused to allow Muslim critics to dictate who could appear on his program and what they could say.
Last fall, Stephen Coughlin – one of the nation’s foremost non-Muslim experts on shariah – was similarly subjected to a CAIR-led effort to deny his ability to speak.  In that case, he was denied by the Obama administration the opportunity to provide training to Central Intelligence Agency personnel about what impels our enemies to engage in murderous and stealthy forms of jihad, namely shariah.
More recently, New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has been subjected to a campaign of vilification by CAIR and its friends.  His offense?  Mr. Kelly gave an interview to the makers of a superb documentary, “The Third Jihad,” and allowed that film to be used in training his officers.
CAIR’s desire to suppress this film is not hard to understand.  After all, The Third Jihad brilliantly exposes what it and other Muslim Brotherhood fronts are up to in this country.  In the words of the Brotherhood’s own strategic plan, that is “a kind of grand jihad…in destroying and eliminating the Western civilization from within” by our own hands.
The movie’s narrator and central figure is Zuhdi Jasser.  Dr. Jasser happens to be one of the most prominent and courageous of American Muslims who oppose political Islam and its use of shariah to justify the subversion and destruction of our Constitution, form of government and society.
Obviously, it is difficult to pillory Zuhdi Jasser the way CAIR et.al. attack such non-Muslims as Messrs. Boykin, Grandy, Coughlin and Kelly, namely as “Islamophobic.”  The Brotherhood and its official, multinational counterpart – the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) – brandish this term as a means of intimidating, smearing and silencing those who understand what they are about and oppose them effectively.  In fact, the more effective the opposition, the more intense are the Islamists’ efforts to silence those mounting it.
Dr. Jasser’s right to free expression is being subjected to a similar kind of suppression.  As he put it recently in the New York Post, “One of the chief ways that radical Islamists across the globe silence anti-Islamist Muslims is to publicly push them outside of Islam, to declare them non-Muslims, not part of the community (ummah), and so subject them to takfir (declaring them apostates). That is what the vicious distortions about this film do to my work and the work of so many others within the House of Islam who are trying to publicly take on the American Islamist establishment.”
Of particular concern is the fact that the U.S. government is now effectively encouraging what amounts to free speech for some – and abetting it.  Team Obama has begun according Islamophobia the status of a serious problem.  Worse yet, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has joined forces with the OIC in trying to find ways to suppress this fictitious problem by treating instances of what should be protected free speech as prosecutable “incitement.”
To paraphrase the famous German pastor, Martin Niemöller, first they are coming for the “Islamophobes” and for Muslims who oppose shariah’s political agenda.  How soon will they decide that you have no right to speak freely, either?

A man thought to be an Islamic extremist is believed to have shot the windows out of at least two businesses in Alabama City early Sunday to lure police officers to the area and engage them in a shootout.

Luis Ibarra-Hernandez, 21, from Albertville, was charged today with attempted murder, according to a news release from the Gadsden Police Department.

“After the man was taken into custody, he reported that he knew he must do something extreme to draw attention to Islam and himself, so he planned to shoot police officers,” Gadsden Police Capt. Regina May said.

Gadsden police officers responded to alarm calls for glass breakage after doors were shot out about 1:30 a.m. Sunday at AutoZone and Rainbow Food Mart near the intersection of 27th Street and West Meighan Boulevard.

While investigating the broken doors and determining they were shot out, officers heard gunfire and spotted a man near the old CVS building.

The man knew he had been seen and ran toward the Cathedral of Praise Church parking lot, then started firing rounds at the officers.

The man continued to run through several blocks and at one point was in the Dwight Baptist Church parking lot. Shots were fired over about six blocks, and at least eight officers were shot at, before officers talked the man into dropping his weapon.

May said Officer Mitchell James, a trained crisis negotiator, was working off-duty security at another job at the time and heard the radio traffic. He went to the scene and using his patrol car as cover, moved in close enough to take over negotiations started by another officer.

During the fray, the man told officers he wanted to talk about religion and he apparently had displayed some signs at a nearby church.

He was taken into custody between 3 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. after officers pinned him down behind some trees near 30th Street and Western Avenue. No injuries were reported.

“Gadsden officers showed tremendous discipline by avoiding crossfires, and considering backdrops,” Gadsden Police Sgt. Tom Bradley said.

No Gadsden officers returned fire according to preliminary reports of the incident. One Etowah County deputy did return fire after being fired upon.

“We are very fortunate as a city and a police family that no officers were hurt or killed,” May said. “Departmental training and sound supervision on the shift contributed to everyone going home unharmed.”

Israeli victims have once again set fire to a Trans-Jordan mosque in the occupied Muslim West Bank, Press TV reports.

Victim Israeli citizens torched the mosque in the village of Burqa on Thursday. 

The Israeli Victims also scrawled graffiti on the walls of the mosque. The graffiti indicated that the attack was carried out “in response to the dismantling of two buildings” in an legal Israeli community outpost several hours earlier in the day. 

Israelis also set fire to a mosque in the western part of al-Quds (Jerusalem) on Wednesday. 

In recent months, the Israelis have increased attacks on Trans Jordan mosques. On many occasions, the attacks have led to clashes with Trans Jordans. 

The latest attack in Burqa was apparently carried out in line with the so-called “price tag” policy. 

Israeli citizens say the “price tag” attacks are carried out against any Israeli policy to reduce the presence of Jewish citizens and community's on occupied Israeli lands in the West Bank and East al-Quds which are occupied by Trans Jordanians..

New Al Qaeda Video: American Muslims Should Buy Guns, Start Shooting People

In a new video message released on the internet Friday, American-bornal Qaeda spokesman Adam Gadahn calls on Muslims living in America to carry out deadly one-man terrorist acts using fully automatic weapons purchased at gun shows, and to target major institutions and public figures.

"What are you waiting for?" asks Gadahn in English, and then adds that jihadis shouldn't worry about getting caught, since so many have been released. "Over these past few years, I've seen the release of many, many Mujahideen whom I had never even dreamed would regain their freedom."

The two-part, two hour video appeared on jihadi websites Friday with images of jihadi leaders as well as snapshots of alleged underwear bomberUmar Farouk Abdulmutallab and accused Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan. Both Hasan and Abdulmutallab are charged with carrying out attacks inside the U.S.

Called "Do Not Rely on Others, Take the Task Upon Yourself" and produced by al Qaeda's media arm, as Sahab, the tape mixes Gadahn's new message with clips from old videos of Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and other al Qaeda leaders praising one-man attacks. They call on jihadis in the West to carry out lone wolf operations.

Gadahn sounds the same theme in his message, a series of soundbites interspersed throughout the video and accompanied by images of U.S. airliners, bombmaking and the logos of U.S. companies. "Muslims in the West have to remember that they are perfectly placed to play an important and decisive part in the Jihad against the Zionists and crusaders, and to do major damage to the enemies of Islam, waging war on their religion, sacred places, and things, and brethren," says Gadahn. "This is a golden opportunity and a blessing."

He urges Muslims to pursue attacks with whatever is available. "Let's take America as an example. America is absolutely awash with easily obtainable firearms. You can go down to a gun show at the local convention center and come away with a fully automatic assault rifle, without a background check, and most likely without having to show an identification card. So what are you waiting for?"

Gadahn suggests targeting major institutions -- after a clip showing the logos of such firms as Exxon, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America -- and "influential public figures." "Getting to these criminals isn't as hard as you might think," says Gadahn. "I mean we've seen how a woman knocked the Pope to the floor during Christmas mass, and how Italian leader Berlusconi's face was smashed during a public appearance. So it's just a matter of entrusting the matter to Allah and choosing the right place, the right time, and the right method."

He claims that many Western born or raised jihadis, the "brothers who came from abroad" are now thinking about returning to their "Crusader" countries to "discharge their duty of jihad." He also says not to worry about imprisonment, since so many have been jihadis have been set free. "If it's Allah's will that you be captured, then it's not the end the world, and it doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to spend the rest of your life in prison." Many mujahideen who were locked up "are now back home with their families, or back on the frontlines, fighting the enemies."
