GOP: Impeach Holder If He Doesn't Come Clean on Arms-Trafficking 'Mess'

 WASHINGTON (AP) — Republican lawmakers told Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday to fire some Justice Department subordinates over the flawed arms-trafficking investigation called Operation Fast and Furious.

At a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin said impeachment is an option if Holder does not "clean up this mess" quickly.

Sensenbrenner and other Republicans hold the attorney general responsible for the operation, in which federal agents failed to track illicitly purchased weapons that were later recovered in Mexico and the U.S., many of them at crime scenes.

"If you don't get to the bottom of this," there is only one alternative, and "it's called impeachment," said Sensenbrenner, without specifying whom he had in mind.

"Why haven't you terminated the people involved?" asked Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that is investigating the arms-tracking operation. Issa pressed Holder to appear before the congressman's committee, and the attorney general said he would consider the request.

Issa told Holder that the Justice Department has turned over 5,000 emails to the committee about Operation Fast and Furious, but "not one of these emails is yours." The attorney general said that his department's response to the committee's document requests has been "fulsome" and that the Justice Department would not turn over additional emails sought by Issa. The California congressman said he wants emails from March of this year between a Holder aide and Justice Department criminal division head Lanny Breuer. Issa suggested Holder could be cited for contempt of Congress if the material is not turned over.

The attorney general, the sole witness at Thursday's hearing, said it was inexcusable for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to use a controversial tactic known as "gun-walking" in its effort to identify and prosecute major arms trafficking networks along the Southwest border. Justice Department policy has long prohibited the tactic.

The operation's goal was to follow the gun supply chain from small-time gun buyers at a number of Phoenix-area gun shops and make cases against major weapons traffickers. In the process, federal agents lost track of many of the more than 2,000 guns linked to the operation. Two of the guns purchased at a Phoenix gun store were recovered from the scene of a shooting that killed border agent Brian Terry on the U.S. side of the border.

The House Judiciary Committee chairman, Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, said the Justice Department had given inconsistent statements about what Smith called "a reckless and dangerous law enforcement program." Smith said many questions remain about who authorized the operation.

"We do not know who the particular person was" who decided that "this flawed operation should be conducted," Holder said.

Amid probes by Republicans in Congress and the Justice Department's inspector general, the department already has replaced U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke in Phoenix, acting ATF Director Kenneth Melson and the lead prosecutor in Operation Fast and Furious.

Holder said he is prepared to take other steps, and said additional personnel changes are a possibility. The inspector general's office at the Justice Department is investigating what went wrong in Operation Fast and Furious, but "that does not lessen the responsibility I have as head manager," he said.

Sensenbrenner told Holder that "I don't want to say you have committed a felony," but pointed to the Justice Department's decision last week withdrawing an inaccurate letter last February to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee. The February letter said the ATF makes every effort to intercept weapons that have been purchased illegally — an assertion that was wrong in the case of Operation Fast and Furious.

No one at the Justice Department was lying, Holder said. He said department officials based their conclusion in the letter on the best information they had at the time from the Phoenix offices of ATF and the U.S. attorney.

Operation Fast and Furious was "a regional operation" and not "top to bottom," said Holder. The controversial tactic at issue in the operation was not a decision made in Washington, Holder said.

In explaining why the letter contained inaccuracies, Holder said "we were rushed" in responding to Grassley's inquiries. He said it would have been better to take two weeks to respond rather than the four or five days department lawyers set as their deadline.

Grassley, whose inquiry brought the tactic used in Operation Fast and Furious to light, is calling for Breuer's resignation.

Breuer has said he made a mistake in not telling Holder and the deputy attorney general that the controversial gun-walking tactic had been used in an earlier ATF probe called Operation Wide Receiver, which Breuer had known about since April 2010.

Grassley said that in addition to not informing his superiors, Breuer gave misleading answers when the senator asked whether Breuer had reviewed a draft of the inaccurate Justice Department letter to Congress last February.

Breuer told Congress he cannot say for sure whether he saw a draft of the inaccurate letter and that he has no recollection of having done so. At the time the letter was drafted, Breuer told one of the letter's main drafters in an e-mail, "As usual, great work."

Michael Chertoff, who early in the George W. Bush administration had the job Breuer now holds, spoke out on behalf of Breuer, whom Chertoff has known for over a dozen years.

"He's a very able, dedicated prosecutor," said Chertoff. "He acknowledged he was mistaken in not bringing this issue up to the attorney general at an earlier point in time and that's an admirable thing to do. I understand Sen. Grassley's feelings in this and I respect his feelings, but it would be a loss if Lanny were to leave."

Napolitano: Obama 'Shredding the Constitution'

 President Barack Obama is shredding the U.S. Constitution faster than any of the 42 men who preceded him in office, according to Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano, author of the brand new "It is Dangerous to be Right when the Government is Wrong."

It is so bad he should be impeached over the murder of American terror suspect Anwar al-Awlaki – and if Congress won’t take that action, he should be indicted once he is out of office.

In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, Napolitano said it doesn’t matter that Awlaki was probably guilty – the fact is he was a U.S. citizen and the Constitution outlaws his killing without due process.

“We live in a time in which the government recognizes no limits on its own power,” he said. “It doesn’t recognize the natural law. It doesn’t recognize the federal law. It doesn’t recognize the Constitution.

“The president in the past couple of weeks became judge, jury and executioner for a very hated and probably guilty individual. But the Constitution says no person shall be denied life, liberty or property –much less an American which this guy was – without due process of law.”

“The killing of an American is unforgiveable under the Constitution and it is an impeachable offence and the president, if not being impeached, should be indicted for it after he leaves office.”

Napolitano hosts the libertarian show Freedom Watch on the Fox Business Channel. His sixth book on human freedom, “It is Dangerous to be Right when the Government is Wrong,” was released on Tuesday. Its title comes from a quotation attributed to 18th Century French civil libertarian Voltaire.

In the interview, the judge admitted that Obama is not the first president to undermine the Constitution. “I have never hesitated to attack the administration of George W. Bush,” he said. “In fact I have argued in this book and elsewhere that the Patriot Act is the most abominable Congressional assault on personal freedom since the Alien and Sedition Acts which were enacted in the late 1700s.

“The Obama administration, notwithstanding the president’s lofty words as a candidate and even as president, has actually ratcheted up the police state; has ratcheted up the assault on personal liberties.”

Napolitano said that shortly after 9/11, he and colleagues at Fox debated whether a president could kill an American who was a danger to national security. “When I posed that question, we all laughed, saying this could never happen, this is the United States of America, we have the Constitution. Now it happens and nobody does anything about it.

“I remember arguing, could the president start a war on his own? And the answer was no, of course not, the Constitution says only the Congress can declare war. Well, we’re in Libya and the Congress never declared it.

“The president is shredding the Constitution more so than George W. Bush did. It’s not only this president who does it, but he is doing it in a more in-your-face, more obvious and, if I may, more boastful way.”

Napolitano, a former superior court judge in New Jersey, claimed the assault on Americans’ freedoms – “real serious heavy-duty nanny-state regulation,” – started in earnest under Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson in the early 20th Century.

“That’s when the administrative state begins. That’s when the federal government creates administrative agencies that are neither fish nor fowl – they are not in the executive branch and they are not in the legislative branch. They don’t run for office but they acquire power through appointment, they survive from one president to the next.

“The administrative agencies began regulating private behavior and it started about 100 years ago. Coincidentally that’s also when the Federal Reserve and when the Income Tax started.”

He said one of the most important tests of the Constitution will be decided by the Supreme Court this year in the Antoine Jones case, where police attached a GPS device to a suspected drug dealer’s car to track his movements.

“The government claims it can come on to your property and open your garage door and go into your garage and open up your car and put a GPS tracking device in there if you don’t carry a cellphone. Can the government do that? Answer: The Supreme Court will tell us in a couple of months. In the interim, the government does this.”

Napolitano, like many libertarians, said he has sympathy for many of the causes of the Occupy Wall Street protesters.

“They have a legitimate complaint that their future in the economic world is grim. It is grim because the government has spent the future’s money today and has mortgaged the future by printing cash and borrowing against the future. It is grim because the government fights wars of opportunity.

“When they say end the Fed and end the wars, I am with them,” he said. “But when they say take from the rich and give to those who don’t have it, the Constitution is supposed to prevent that from happening.

“The political side of this is just as dangerous,” he added. “The political side of this is that labor unions and hard left organizations and entities of the Democratic National Committee are going to co-opt those young people and take over the message.”

FBI wants businesses watching for customers paying with cash

Government calls buying 'night flashlights,' making 'extreme religious statements' indicators of terrorism

Just days after the White House announced a community-based approach to combating terrorism in the United States, the FBI and other agencies are asking managers of surplus stores to spy on their customers, watching whether they pay in cash, make "extreme" religious statements or purchase products such as waterproof matches.
And the request from the government also is going to gun shops, fertilizer suppliers, motels and hotels, authorities say.
Earlier this month, the Obama administration announced a new plan titled "Empowering local partners to prevent violent extremism in the United States." In it, Obama wrote, "Communities – especially Muslim American communities whose children, families and neighbors are being targeted for recruitment by al-Qaida – are often best positioned to take the lead because they know their communities best."
The report warns that while the Constitution recognizes freedom of expression, "even for individuals who espouse unpopular or even hateful views," it also is the responsibility of government to deter "plots by neo-Nazis and other anti-Semitic hate groups, racial supremacists, and international and domestic terrorist groups."
"The best defenses against violent extremist ideologies are well-informed and equipped families, local communities, and local institutions. Their awareness of the threat and willingness to work with one another and government is part of our long history of community-based initiatives and partnerships dealing with a range of public safety challenges," the report says.
One of the apparent elements of the White House strategy is a series of brochures being handed out to farm supply stories, gun shops, military surplus stores and even hotels and motels. The brochures ask proprietors, clerks and others to watch out for "potential indicators" of terrorism, including "paying with cash," having a "missing hand/fingers," making "extreme religious statements coupled with comments that are violent or appear to condone violence" and making bulk purchases of "Meals Ready to Eat" or "night flashlights."
The following was handed out to surplus stores by agents of the FBI in Denver in recent days.
The flyer was reminiscent of the Department of Homeland Security's 2009 report "Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" that suggested "the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups."
The report from the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis defined right-wing extremism in the U.S. as "divided into those groups, movements and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups) and those that are mainly anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration."
The DHS report had followed only by weeks a report from the Missouri Information Analysis Center that linked conservative groups to domestic terrorism.
The Missouri report warned law enforcement agencies to watch for suspicious individuals who may have bumper stickers for presidential candidates such as Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin. It further warned law enforcement to watch out for individuals with "radical" ideologies based on Christian views, such as opposing illegal immigration, abortion and federal taxes.
Officials with Oath Keepers.org noted the document was similar to one earlier given to gun store managers in Utah. Authorities in Denver confirmed to WND that related brochures are going to surplus stores, hotels and motels, farm supply companies that handle fertilizer and gun shops.
"This new handout expands the absurdity by now also targeting customers of military surplus stores, and by specifically targeting the purchasing of very common, and very popular, preparedness items such as Meals Ready to Eat (MREs) as 'potential indicators of terrorist activities,'" said a statement from Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes.
"Islamic terrorists are not known to hang out in local Army-Navy surplus stores, stocking up on MREs, high capacity magazines and bi-pods for their long range rifles," the statement said. "As Brandon Smith, over at Alt-market.com notes, 'These are very common purchases, not for terrorists, but for Preppers and Survivalists, who are obviously the targets of the FBI profile, not secret al-Qaida agents.'
"Spot on," Rhodes wrote. "Obviously, the current crop of FBI 'leadership' considers anyone who wants to be self-sufficient and prepared to be a 'threat' that should be relentlessly tracked and reported."
An FBI spokesman in Denver confirmed to WND that the flyer is genuine.
"It has been disseminated throughout the United States by the FBI. The flyer and the information on it, stands on its own merit. It was created by FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., the Denver Division has placed our contact information on the flyer and distributed it to local businesses within the states of Colorado and Wyoming.
"I assure you the process and the information has been well vetted by the Department of Justice before being released."
In addition to contact information for the FBI, the flyer also had a telephone number for the Colorado Information Analysis Center, a law enforcement "fusion" center where director Dana Reynolds told WND it's just part of the information-collecting done by the government.
He said when tips are turned in about suspicious activity, they are evaluated to determine whether there should be a police investigation.
"If it turns out to be nothing, if there's no probably case, then the contact is ended there."
However, when asked about profiling for suspicious behavior, such as that done successfully by security authorities in Israel, he said that was not being done, and why it is not being done "is a good question."
One-time Colorado congressional candidate Rob McNealy, who also is a decision-maker in the Libertarian Party, told WND he came across the flyer to surplus stores among his circle of friends and quickly confirmed it was genuine.
He pointed out to WND the irony that the government, through the Federal Emergency Management Agency, specifically advises citizens to collect "ready-to-eat canned meats, fruits and vegetables" as well as "flashlight and extra batteries" and "matches in a waterproof container."
Then the FBI asks store managers to report the "suspicious" activity of buying the same items.
"It's almost like entrapment," McNealy said.
He warned that such practices could be used as attacks on free speech, the right of association and other constitutional provisions. And he believes authorities are targeting Americans who choose to prepare themselves for emergencies.
"Al-Qaida terrorists are not running around buying MREs," he said.
McNealy said he has information "from somebody who sat in on one of the [fusion-center type] training things in their class they will talk about all the groups out there who are dangerous to cops, sovereign citizens, neo-Nazis – and Oath Keepers and tea party groups."
"They lump them all together," he said.
Oath Keepers reported last year that it appeared the Southern Poverty Law Center had become "officially" part of DHS. That was because the chief of the SPLC "now sits on the DHS 'Working Group on Countering Violent Extremism' along with the leaders of other so-called non government organizations," the group reported.
The move came after a government agency accused a father of being associated "with a militia group known as Oath Keepers."
"It should come as no surprise to see Joint Terrorism Task Forces in states now listing the purchasing of firearms, high capacity magazines, bi-pods, night vision, MREs, weatherproofed ammunition containers, etc. as 'potential indicators of terrorist activities' since SPLC is almost entirely focused on going after the militia movement and the Patriot Movement, and is also focused on relentlessly demonizing and smearing nearly any individual or group on the political right that advocates strict adherence to the Constitution or who advocates for the right to bear arms, for state nullification of unconstitutional federal laws, etc. which is why SPLC also has a special animus toward Oath Keepers, which it has labeled as one of the most worrisome groups out there, because it contains active duty police and military who advocate for strict obedience to the Constitution and who pledge to refuse to obey unconstitutional orders," Rhodes wrote at the time.
"They see all of us on the patriot right as being terrorists or potential terrorists, and they intend to use all the power of government to control, suppress, marginalize, investigate, track, and if possible, prosecute us all until they stamp out our beliefs and views," Rhodes told WND.
"How far we have come from the Founder's ideal of a 'well regulated' (well equipped and well trained) citizen militia where ALL able bodied citizens were expected to keep and bear their own weapons, ammunition, field gear, and other supplies essential to personal military capability and competence. And the Founders expected us to keep that military gear at home and to actually train together in its use so we would 'be prepared' for anything, you know, like the Boy Scouts motto. That motto is a sad remnant of the Founders' ideal of a prepared citizenry," Rhodes wrote.
"Under the logic of this most recent handout, the Boy Scouts should be reported as 'suspicious,'" he wrote.
"The Founders would have wanted all of us, every one, to 'be prepared' for 'any old thing.' They would have wanted us to have night vision, gas masks (which come in handy in many situations), 'high-capacity' magazines – and the powerful military pattern rifles that use them – bi-pods so we can shoot accurately at long distance, and plenty of ammunition in 'weatherproofed' containers (also known as surplus ammo cans). They would have wanted us to have plenty of MREs for handy field use, and even 'night flashlights.' I suppose 'day flashlights' are OK with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, but those dangerous 'night flashlights' are verboten, and anyone who buys one must be reported! I certainly hope it wasn't actually someone at the FBI who wrote that.
"Funny thing is, who exactly do the authors of these handouts think they are talking to when they ask gun store and military surplus store owners and staff to spy on their customers and serve as a network of government snitches? These stores are usually owned and staffed by veterans, who are also very preparedness minded – in other words, just like the customers the government wants them to inform on. That's like handing the MIAC report to Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin supporters and asking them to keep an eye on those pesky, subversive, and potentially dangerous Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin supporters. It's absurd," Rhodes wrote.
The U.S. administration has made clear in a number of cases that it is concerned about conservatives as a potential danger and even has argued in court that it wants the authority to track American citizens in order to develop "probable cause" needed for search warrants.
That argument is being made before the U.S. Supreme Court in a dispute over whether police investigators and other authorities should be allowed to track American citizens who have not done anything that would ordinarily prompt a judge to issue a search warrant.
"The court of appeals' decision, which will require law enforcement officers to obtain a warrant before placing a GPS device on a vehicle if the device will be used for a 'prolonged' time period, has created uncertainty surrounding the use of an important law enforcement tool," said the government's brief in the case, U.S.A. v. Antoine Jones.
"Although in some investigations the government could establish probable cause and obtain a warrant before using a GPS device, federal law enforcement agencies frequently use tracking devices early in investigations, before suspicions have ripened into probable cause. The court of appeals' decision prevents law enforcement officers from using GPS devices in an effort to gather information to establish probable cause."

Loose Lips Sink Ships

Well now we all know why these Navy Seals were shot down. It was a Political move for Obama to be a Hero. This is like he was a "Hero" with the dead body of Bin Ladan who was dead for many years with renal (Kidney) Failure. But then again he refuses to produce the pictures of the said killing because it will "shock" America but they produced the pictures of the others they killed.
Lets get a time line here:
1. Obama runs for Office. Right before an election he visited his grandmother in Hawaii and she is found dead 3 days before the November General Election. He won on a Pity Vote or was it? He has her body cremated when she had a plot that was paid for next to her husband.
2. January 2011: he brings out a fake Birth Certificate because he knows the Corsi book was coming out and in hours it is discovered that the birth certificate is a fraud.
3. May 1st 2011: he kills a man who is already dead from Renal Failure and in the pictures there were NO kidney dialysis machines. If Bin Ladin had Kidney failure he wouldn't be able to walk yet alone use stairs, he'd be in a wheel chair and not able to pick up a gun. With Kidney failure you die within 2-3 yrs after diagnois. If you are lucky, you die right away.
4. The Navy Seal Team 6 faces were exposed on TV when he honored them. You never show the faces of the special team who does covert missions, EVER! That is like signing their death warrant!
5. The Navy Seal Team 6 is shot down in an aircraft that was not a Navy Seal aircraft and Al Queda happened to know that this team was on said craft. Why would you send them in to rescue a platoon when the regular army or marines could do the same? Does he think that all the Navy Seals are super soldiers like Captain America? Stupid, Captain America is a comic book character, not real! You never risk the best of the best.

In April 2005, Sunstein opened a conference at Yale Law School sponsored by George Soros’ Open Society Institute entitled, “The Constitution in 2020.” The event was designed as a forum to craft the agenda and assign the tasks for changing the nature and interpretation of the Constitution into a fully “progressive” Marxist Manifesto by the year 2020. Sunstein was a natural fit for the conference, as his 2004 book, “The Second Bill of Rights: FDR’S Unfinished Revolution and Why We Need It More than Ever” proposed a radical new document to replace America’s traditional Bill of Rights.
The conference was co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society, another hard Left Marxist organization which seeks to rewrite the Constitution. Attorney General Eric Holder not only previously served on the ACS Board of Directors, but is keynote speaker for their 2011 Convention.
The Obama faction onslaught against America is coming from all sides. A union thug with White House connections plots to crash the American economy while high ranking Obama officials seek to subvert the Constitution and Bill of Rights. We MUST compel Congress to open investigations and HALT the Obama wrecking crew that is daily dismantling America!
Recent audio outlined a very real plan to collapse the American economy — including crashing the stock market and “bring down the banks” — in an effort to finally and irrevocably bring about the fundamental change, radical change, Obama promised. The sinister plan was set to take place the first week of May… and evidence suggests the plan may go all the way to the White House. Analysis shows a dip in the market the first week of May, partially due to the efforts of this Marxist “celebration” and partially due to George Soros’ Quantum Hedge Fund literally dumping their silver holdings, causing one of the largest silver price crashes in history. The market began following suit, and large scale dumps of most precious metals continued throughout the week, further depressing the already weakened market numbers.
Steve Lerner is well known in union thug circles as the guy who uses intimidation to ensure success. March 19, 2011 Steve Lerner met with Abby Scher of Brooklyn College CUNY, Gerardo Dominguez of the Mexican Americans Workers Association, John Atols of ACORN and a number of other openly Marxist activists. Surrounded by fellow radicals , Mr. Lerner, unaware he was being recorded, felt comfortable enough to lay out his step by step plan to “put a boot in the wheel” of the American economy – crashing the stock market and orchestrating a complete banking collapse – in an effort to force Marxism upon the masses. Lerner identified this as a union-driven plan, presumably crafted by his cronies at the SEIU, and he calls for the aid of community organizers. But evidence suggests Lerner may already have the assistance of the Community Organizer in Chief – Barack Hussein Obama.
White House visitor logs show that Stephen Lerner has visited the White House repeatedly over the last two years. At least one of these visits was arranged by the office of then White House Political Director Patrick Gaspard – one of Lerner’s previous SEIU colleagues and former leader of one of the most notoriously militant SEIU chapters. Gaspard, not coincidentally, is a close Obama advisor who is now the Executive Director of the Democratic National Party and a key player on Obama’s 2012 election team.
Obama made clear in a now infamous 2008 campaign rally that SEIU’s agenda is his agenda. Obama led a SEIU member chant after recalling how he started his early “organizing career” with SEIU troops on the ground, and went on to declare, “Just imagine what we can do together. Just imagine a President whose life’s work is your (SEIU’s) work”! It seems we no longer need to imagine. The present occupant of the Oval Office has brought sedition to the presidency — the highest office in the land. Barack Obama’s own front group “Organizing for America” helped stage the recent Wisconsin “Days of Rage” protests that were notable for union-led violence, death threats and radical acts of intimidation, and now it appears he and his administration may be connected to a far-left coalition actively plotting to collapse the American economy.
My friends, Stephen Lerner’s closed-attendance discussion at The Left Forum was not some simple academic and theoretical discussion of what revolutionary resistance might look like. It was a high-level presentation of a very real, well thought out plan that is underway for economic terrorism, and a recruitment call to leftwing radical leaders of other organizations to join in it. Stephen Lerner’s terrorist plans, and actions of incitement and enlistment are outright sedition, all potentially prosecutable offenses.
In normal circumstances, we could count on the Department of Justice to investigate and uphold the rule of law. But alas, as we have seen with Eric Holder’s refusal to prosecute colleagues, supporters and friends of Obama, including the election fraud and racist thuggery at the hands of the New Black Panthers, the once venerable DOJ is a rogue agency in a rogue administration, and can no longer be trusted to do its duty. Why have not the murky, possibly orchestrated causes behind the terrible economic crisis of the 2008 national fiscal collapse been investigated and disclosed to the nation? No, we must instead call upon this 112th Congress, and demand an immediate investigation of Stephen Lerner, and all of those who participated in his conspiratorial call to anarchy, sedition and economic terrorism on March 19. That investigation must include disclosure of all the participants and plotters lurking behind the scenes who are actively working to disrupt and destroy America — even if that road leads us directly to the White House.
This is no longer a matter of speculation. The Marxist plan to smash our commercial republic is alive and active within the corridors of power in America as never before. The plan to launch their latest assault on these United States was scheduled for, of course, May Day — May 1, 2011 — and was sounded to their foot soldiers as a very real and potentially calamitous call to harm our nation. While the capture and death of Osama bin Laden took center stage for the media on May 1, the demostrations by these avowed radial Marxist took place throughout the U.S. You can be assured they are now making plans to launch this assault another day.
We were warned when Obama first appeared on the national scene that he was at the least an academic Marxist surrounded by radicals, and a menace to the security, sovereignty and prosperity of the nation. Now there is evidence in abundance to confirm that judgment. We MUST force Congress to act NOW – before the evil forces that mean to destroy America are able to implement their plans. Open letter to Mr. Obama

I address him as Mr. Obama, because he do not deserve to be call Mr. President.

Mr. Obama, you were elected to be the leader of this United States, to defend our Constitution, our sovereignty, the rule of law and promote the economic and welfare of the American people. Americans voted for you because your promised of big changes in American policies and the eradication of the corruption that made Washington the cesspool of traitors, that for years they sold the integrity and values that their position as representatives of the people, command.
Mr. Obama you know and the whole country knows, that you are nothing but a big mouth, talk but not action, you promise but never deliver, you are ignorant of the damage you done to our country, with your expending policies, to get this country out of this economic mess, you said that you are a professor of the US Constitution and at will you trash our constitution and the rule of law. Now you are expending your time vacationing and playing golf, while our country is going down to a sure destruction, you demand for congress and the senate to do your job, where is your budget? where is your leadership to resolve this economic mess?.
Mr. Obama, we need to make this very clear; you work for us, we are the American people that voted for you because you promised that you will take our country out of this mess and make Washington responsive to the people of this United States. Mr. Obama we the people is your Boss and you must listen to we the people; please do not betray us any more because we have enough and we are not going to take any more, do not push our country into a revolution.
Mr. Obama this is what we the people want you to do, you are not to be play with us, you must do what is right for the American people or there will be consequences. your 2012 budget proposal projects a deficit of $1.6 trillions Dollars; while you are proposing to cut $1.1 trillion Dollars in deficit over the next 10 years. Mr. Obama is this a joke?

Mr. Obama, these are the policies that must be accomplished now to get our country on the right path:

1- Cut expenses, we need to cut 1.5 trillions Dollars per year- Balance the US Budget - and increase our expending ceiling only to pay for the interest on our national Debt. not increase expending should be done to cover any other expenses.
2- Re-store the Social Security Trust fund, money barrow from the Trust fund must be pay back and not money collected under the 1935 Social Security act. should be transfer to the general account to be use by congress on other policies.
3- Jobs and commerce produce taxes to meet our country expenses, our position on this issue and create the jobs this country needs to meet their financial obligations is:
a- Revise our free trade policies and the outsourcing of American jobs. this country must stop globalization, because it will destroy America. Free trade only benefit the multinational corporations, the world banking system and the corrupt politicians that will become puppets of the elite of the new world order.
b- Enforce our immigration laws and secure our borders, illegal immigration is our biggest threat to our national security and the biggest burden to our communities. We are not racist, we know what we are, "Americans with a great concern for our future and the future of our children". The invasion of illegal aliens, is a great economic burden and a threat to our national security.
4- End the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, our country do not have any business in dictating policies in any other foreign country or engage in overthrowing governments because they do not conform to our strategy to get their natural resources or their oil. The best policy for peace, is respect to other countries rights to self determination. We are the biggest Hypocrites, for years we supported Dictators and the worse of the worse violators of civil and human rights when is convenient to what we want from them; we became a country without values nor principles that is why the world hate our government, not the American People. You Mr. Obama, cry for national security while you promoted open border policies and order the Border Patrol not to enforce the laws.
Mr. Obama, these policies will reclaim our country and get us going on the path of prosperity. We the people is convince that continue expending money we don't have, will destroy our country's economy and the future of the American people, we are asking all the Washington politicians not to compromise, because; we will never compromise or sell out. We will never become what they are; traitors that their only interest is their job security, knowing that their actions will destroy our country and the future of the people they represent.

Barbara Walters Comments On Jane Fonda

According to Snopes.com much of the information in this chain email is true, if dated. Jane Fonda was profiled by Barbara Walters as one of the 100 Great Women of the 20th Century. This was over ten years ago. So, Barak Obama has nothing to do with it. Also, the story about the slips of paper containing the Social Security numbers of the prisoners is said by Snopes to be false.

By the way, I think that to Barbara Walters a woman's greatness is pretty much equated with a woman's fame. SO, I wouldn't put too much stock in her opinion. - Troy

Jane Fonda is being honored as one of the '100 Women of the Century.'

Unfortunately, many have forgotten and still countless others have never known how Ms. Fonda betrayed not only the idea of our country, but specific
men who served and sacrificed during Vietnam.

The first part of this is from an F-4E pilot. The pilot's name is Jerry Driscoll, a River Rat.

In 1968, the former Commandant of the USAF Survival School was a POW in Ho Lo Prison the ' Hanoi Hilton.'

Dragged from a stinking cesspit of a cell, cleaned, fed, and dressed in clean PJ's, he was ordered to describe for a visiting American 'Peace Activist' the 'lenient and humane treatment' he'd received.

He spat at Ms. Fonda, was clubbed, and was dragged a way. During the subsequent beating, he fell forward on to the camp Commandant 's feet, which sent that officer berserk.

In 1978, the Air Force Colonel still suffered from double vision (which permanently ended his flying career) from the Commandant's frenzied application of a wooden baton.

>From 1963-65, Col. Larry Carrigan was in the 47FW/DO (F-4E's). He spent 6 years in the ' Hanoi Hilton',,, the first three of which his family only knew he was 'missing in action'. His wife lived on faith that he was still alive. His group, too, got the cleaned-up, fed and clothed routine in preparation for a 'peace delegation' visit.

They, however, had time and devised a plan to get word to the world that they were alive and still survived. Each man secreted a tiny piece of paper,
with his Social Security Number on it , in the palm of his hand.

When paraded before Ms. Fonda and a cameraman, she walked the line, shaking each man's hand and asking little encouraging snippets like: 'Aren't you
sorry you bombed babies?' and 'Are you grateful for the humane treatment from your benevolent captors?' Believing this HAD to be an act, they each palmed her their sliver of paper.

She took them all without missing a beat.. At the end of the line and once the camera stopped rolling, to the shocked disbelief of the POWs, she turned
to the officer in charge and handed him all the little pieces of paper..

Three men died from the subsequent beatings. Colonel Carrigan was almost number four but he survived, which is the only reason we know of her actions that day.

I was a civilian economic development advisor in Vietnam, and was captured by the North Vietnamese communists in South Vietnam in 1968, and held
prisoner for over 5 years.

I spent 27 months in solitary confinement; one year in a cage in Cambodia; and one year in a 'black box' in Hanoi. My North Vietnamese captors deliberately poisoned and murdered a female missionary, a nurse in a leprosarium in Banme Thuot, South Vietnam, whom I buried in the jungle near the Cambodian border. At one time, I weighed only about 90 lbs. (My normal weight is 170 lbs)

We were Jane Fonda's 'war criminals....'

When Jane Fonda was in Hanoi, I was asked by the camp communist political officer if I would be willing to meet with her..

I said yes, for I wanted to tell her about the real treatment we POWs received... and how different it was from the treatment purported by the North Vietnamese, and parroted by her as 'humane and lenient.'

Because of this, I spent three days on a rocky floor on my knees, with my arms outstretched with a large steel weight placed on my hands, and beaten
with a bamboo cane.

I had the opportunity to meet with Jane Fonda soon after I was released. I asked her if she would be willing to debate me on TV. She never did answer me.

These first-hand experiences do not exemplify someone who should be honored as part of '100 Years of Great Women.' Lest we forget....' 100 Years of
Great Women' should never include a traitor whose hands are covered with the blood of so many patriots.

There are few things I have strong visceral reactions to, but Hanoi Jane's participation in blatant treason, is one of them. Please take the time to forward to as many people as you possibly can.. It will eventually end up on her computer and she needs to know that we will never forget.
