New Proof of Perjury, Obstruction in Black Panther Case?

A series of major new developments threaten to expose the full extent of the Obama administration’s role in dismissing charges against the New Black Panther Party, an investigation that could reveal obstruction of justice and perjury.

Most significantly, Christopher Coates, who was head of the Justice Department’s Voting Rights section at the time and suggested the case proceed, will testify before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Coates has been named as one career DoJ official who could verify J. Christian Adams’ claims that the Obama administration pressured lawyers to dismiss this case and all charges brought against minority groups.

Coates stated he will act “to comply with the outstanding subpoena served on me as part of [the Commission's] statutory investigation.”

The Commission called Coates to testify, but his superiors at the Department of Justice instructed Coates not to comply. Joseph H. Hunt specifically ordered him to ignore the subpoena. The DoJ also busted Coates down from his position as Voting Rights chief to a satellite office in South Carolina, on an 18-month assignment that conveniently prevented him from testifying.

In an understatement, the Commission said there has been a “dearth of cooperation” by the administration. Ironically, the Justice Department is suing Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio for not cooperating with a suit it brought against him.

The Black Panther case is quickly spinning out of control, threatening to expose the Obama administration’s role in perjury, obstruction of justice, and aiding voter intimidation that may lead directly to the office of the president.

Documents obtained by the legal watchdog group Judicial Watch this week revealed longtime Democratic Party lawyer Sam Hirsch, a political appointee, influenced Assistant Deputy Attorney General Steve Rosenbaum to drop the charges.

Today’s Washington Times adds the decision to drop the charges followed a meeting between a career official and Associate AG Thomas Perrelli, “the department’s No. 3 political appointee.”

However, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas Perez testified under oath before the Civil Rights commission on May 14 that the decision was simply “a case of career [Justice Department] people disagreeing with career people.” He testified there had been no “political leadership involved in the decision not to pursue this particular case.”

The documents, known as the Vaughan Index, show Hirsch sent 58 e-mails about the case, including eight exchanges with Rosenbaum the day before the charges were dropped.

Officials must now investigate whether Perez committed perjury.

The voter intimidation charge is not the only amnesty being granted to the Black Panthers. Mike Roman at BigGovernment.com noted the two of the three Panthers charged — King Samir and Jerry Jackson — have a decades-long history of violence that includes “assault, robbery, domestic violence, and drug dealing.” Samir was accused of beating a man with a cane, similar to the weapon he wielded in the voter intimidation case. (Liberals have argued the duo did not actually threaten anyone, although that’s not how the voters felt.) Jackson has at least two first-degree felony convictions. Yet the pair have posed with guns, possession of which is itself a felony for ex-convicts. Roman asks, “Is [Jackson] getting a pass on gun charges too?”

This adds verification to charges the DoJ has decided not to pursue any charges against minority groups, which Obama regards as a vital part of his electoral coalition. For instance, 96 percent of blacks and 67 percent of Hispanics voted for Barack Obama in 2008, and 70 percent of convicted felons vote Democratic. The policy is apparently the community-organizer-in-chief’s constituent services by other means.

As Coates prepares to testify, the Vaughan Index reveals apparent perjury, and journalists find the Justice Department is granting the Panthers multiple amnesties, Justice Watch has opened yet another front in the case, demanding all records of the role Thomas Perrelli played in dismissing the charges, noting Perrelli reportedly “visited the White House on nine occasions…to discuss Defendant’s voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party.” The DoJ replied it found “no records” on the matter. Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch president, ripped the administration’s stonewalling last night, saying:

Why should anyone believe the Justice Department’s story regarding these records? We now know Justice officials falsely stated that no political appointees were involved in the Black Panther decision. The Justice Department continues to withhold hundreds of pages of records that could shed light on this scandal. And despite multiple press reports documenting Perrelli’s White House meetings, the Justice Department cannot find a single record related to these meetings. We’re tired of getting the run-around and that’s why we sued.

The documents could show Perez committed perjury, ignoring the role of both Perrelli and Hirsch.

If Perez is guilty of perjury, Republicans must investigate how far up the chain of command this decision went.

J. Christian Adams has stated the verdict to drop all charges against the Panthers goes at least as high as Attorney General Eric Holder. But Holder is anything but a lone gun.

Did the president of the United States conspire to obstruct justice against the New Black Panther Party? Did the president suborn perjury in service of that goal? If so, that is an impeachable offense.

Let the testimony begin.

Whether Muslims takeover through violence or by using our freedoms against us to advance Islam, the final goal is the same. That is an America governed by Sharia Law. While the laws of America are equal for all, Sharia Law discriminates against non-Muslims, apostates, homosexuals, and women. I believe if more Americans knew what Sharia Law demands they would take a stand against it. This will be my first installment on Sharia, and I just want it known that the laws I write about were taken from, the Reliance of the “Traveller, A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law”. The book has the stamp of approval of Al Azhar, the world’s highest learning Islamic school.

This first installment shows us how non-Muslims are treated as second-class citizens under Islamic rule. I will not add any commentary to the laws, this way people can print it out if they like. They are pretty self explanatory, though if anyone has any questions please ask them in the comment section below.

JUSTICE CHAPTER: NON-MUSLIM SUBJECTS OF THE ISLAMIC STATE (AHL AL-DHIMMA) o11.1 A formal agreement of protection is made with citizens who are:
(1) Jews;
(2) Christians;
(3) Zoroastrians;
(4) Samarians and Sabians, if their religions do not respectively contradict the fundamental bases of Judaism and Christianity;
(5) and those who adhere to the religion of Abraham or one of the other prophets (upon whom be blessings and peace).
o11.2 Such an agreement may not be effected with those who are idol worshippers, or those who do not have a Sacred Book or something that could have been a book.
(A: Something that could have been a Book refers to those like the Zoroastrians, who have remnants resembling an ancient Book. As for the psuedoscriptures of cults that have appeared since Islam (n: such as the Sikh, Baha’is, Mormons, Qadianis, etc.) they are neither are nor could be a Book since the Koran is the final revelation.)
o11.3 Such an agreement is only valid when the subject peoples:
(a) follow the rules of Islam (o11.5) (A: those mentioned below (o11.5) and those involving public behavior and dress, though in acts of worship and their private lives, the subject communities have their own laws, judges, and courts, enforcing the rules of their own religion among themselves);
(b) and pay the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya)
THE NON-MUSLIM POLL TAX
o11.4 The minimum non-Muslim poll tax is on dinar (n: 4.235 grams of gold) per person (A: per year) The maximum is whatever both sides agree upon.
It is collected with leniency and politeness, as are all debts, and it not levied on women, children, or the insane.
o11.5 Such non-Muslim subjects are obliged to comply with Islamic rules that pertain to the safety and indemnity of life, reputation, and property. In addition, they:
(1) are penalized for committing adultery or theft, though not for drunkenness:
(2) are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar)
(3) are not greeted with “as-Salamu ‘alaykun”;
(4) must keep to the side of the street;
(5) may not build higher than or as high as the Muslims’ buildings, though if they acquire a tall house, it is not razed;
(6) are forbidden to openly display wine or pork (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;
(7) and are forbidden to build new churches
o11.6 They are forbidden to reside in the Hijaz, meaning the area and towns around Mecca, Medina, and Yamama, for more than three days (when the caliph allows them to enter there for something they need).
o11.7 A non-Muslim may not enter the Meccan Sacred Precinct (Haram) under any circumstances, or enter any other mosque without persmission (A: nor may Muslims enter churches without their permission).
o11.8 It is obligatory for the caliph to protect those of them who are in Muslim lands just as he would Muslims, and to seek the release of those captured.
o11.9 If non-Muslim subjects of the Islamic state refuse to conform to the rules of Islam or pay the non-Muslim poll tax, than their agreement with the state has been violated. (dis: o11.11) (A: though if only one of them disobeys, it concerns him alone).
o11.10 The agreement is also violated (A: with respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated that any of the following things break it, and one of the subjects does so anyway, though if the state has not stipulated that these break the agreement, then they do not; namely, if one of the subject people:
(1) commits adultery with a Muslim woman or marries her;
(2) conceals spies of hostile forces;
(3) leads a Muslim away from Islam;
(4) kills a Muslim;
(5) or mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam.
o11.11 When a subject’s agreement with the state has been violated, the caliph chooses between the four alternatives mentioned in connection with prisoners of war (o9.14).
PRISONERS OF WAR

o9.14 When an adult male is taken captive, the caliph considers the interests (O: of Islam and the Muslims) and decides between the prisoner’s death, slavery, release without paying anything, or ransoming himself in exchange for money or a Muslim captive held by the enemy.
If the prisoner becomes a Muslim (O: before the caliph chooses any of the four alternatives) then he may not be killed , and one of the other three alternatives is chosen.

Obama's father was a Kenyan citizen and his mother was American. His name as a young child was changed to Barry Soetoro when his mother married Indonesian citizen Lolo Soetoro and moved to Jakarta. Indonesian school records state that Obama was an Indonesian citizen and not an American citizen and that his religion was Islam and not Christian, protestations by Obama to the contrary notwithstanding. When or how Obama acquired U.S. citizenship or changed his name back to Barack Hussein Obama is unclear. A birth certificate produced by the Obama campaign was determined by several document experts to be a forged document.
We know from his autobiography that he had Muslim roommates in college of foreign nationality. Now it turns out that an influential, radical black Muslim with close ties to the Saudi royal family and an outspoken opponent of Israel helped finance Obama's law school education. Obama's benefactor at the young age of 25 is Dr. Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour a/k/a Donald Warden. Here are some facts you should know about al-Mansour according to a Newmax investigative report:
* "He is well known within the black community as a lawyer, an orthodox Muslim, a black nationalist, an author, an international deal-maker, an educator, and an outspoken enemy of Israel."
* In a 1995 book, “The Lost Books of Africa Rediscovered,” he alleged that the United States was plotting genocide against black Americans.
* He was the mentor of Black Panther Party founder Huey Newton and his cohort, Bobby Seale.
* Al-Mansour’s more recent videotaped speeches focus on Muslim themes, and abound with anti-Semitic theories and anti-Israel vitriol.
* At the same time he was raising money for Obama's education he was representing top members of the Saudi Royal family seeking to do business and exert influence in the United States.
* He advises Prince Alwaleed bin Talal in his U.S. investments. Prince Talal is most famous for offering $10 million to the City of New York following 9/11, a contribution turned down by Mayor Rudy Giuliani because the Prince said American policies were to blame for the terrorist attacks. Prince Alwaleed has made tens of millions in contributions to Muslim-American charities, some of whose leaders have been charged by our government with terrorism-related ties. Prince Alwaleed also donates millions to Harvard for Islamic studies.
Newmax sought a response from the Obama campaign about the financial assistance Obama received from al-Mansour, but the campaign refused to respond. This disclosure came in a very unlikely fashion. Percy Sutton, a prominent African-American businessman, was being interviewed when he described how he first came to know Obama. “I was introduced to (Obama) by a friend who was raising money for him,” Sutton told NY1 city hall reporter Dominic Carter. “The friend’s name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, from Texas,” Sutton said. “He is the principal adviser to one of the world’s richest men. He told me about Obama.” "Sutton, the founder of Inner City Broadcasting, said al-Mansour contacted him to ask a favor: Would Sutton write a letter in support of Obama’s application to Harvard Law School?"
Think about how many mainstream media reports there have been this past week trying to link Gov. Sarah Palin to the Alaskan Independence Party, which supports secession from the United States. Yet, this revelation about Obama's past received no attention from the news media. Why? Obama critic Andy Martin thinks the revelation is a big one. "This latest disclosure may be the 'smoking gun' that discredits Obama and destroys his candidacy." "And I think I know where it came from. I honestly do not see Obama surviving financial links to a close adviser of a member of the Saudi Arabia monarchy, not when Saudis were the instigators of 9/11." "Even a slight link to Saudi money would disqualify anyone from the presidency in the mind of almost every American." I agree with Martin that it is a big revelation. But this American news media has already decided Obama is The One. I have little confidence this will make its way into any mainstream media reports.

In this interview, Percy Sutton ( One time attorney for Malcom X) reveals that, at the request of Dr. Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour, he wrote a letter of support to get Obama into Harvard as President of the Law Review.

So now we must ask, who is this Dr. Khalid Mansour that pulled these strings for Obama. Lets take a look. From Discover the Networks:

Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour is a Muslim lawyer and a black nationalist who made news in 2008 when it was revealed that he had been a patron of Barack Obama and had recommended the latter for admission to Harvard Law School in 1988. Al-Mansour is an outspoken hater of the United States, Israel, and white people generally. In recent years he has accused the U.S. of plotting a “genocide” designed “to remove 15 million black people, considered disposable, of no relevance, value or benefit to the American society.” He has told fellow blacks that “whatever you do to [white people], they deserve it, God wants you to do it and that’s when you cut out the nose, cut out the ears, take flesh out of their body, don’t worry because God wants you to do it.” Alleging further that Palestinians in Israel “are being brutalized like savages,” he accuses the Jews of “stealing the land the same way the Christians stole the land from the Indians in America.”

Signs of al-Mansour’s work exists in Malaysia, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and spans four decades in the United States, Newsmax discovered while scouring hundreds of sources for the story it reported on the revelations Wednesday.
His life story could have been written as a Horatio Alger-style rise from rags to riches. He sees himself as something of the “return of Antar,” a mythical black poet-warrior of pre-Islamic times. His real-life exploits range from a surprise one-on-one meeting with the prime minister of India as a college student to mentoring Black Panthers’ founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale in the early 1960s.
Saga Starts With Meeting Saudi King
Al-Mansour’s rise to fame and fortune began with an introduction to the Saudi king in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 1977.
“I was asked by a Saudi friend – he was a student down in Newport (Calif.) –to go home with him to Riyadh,” al-Mansour told Newsmax.
His friend was a member of the royal family and planned to ask the king for money to help with his studies in the United States. But the king was in no mood to be generous.
“He was mad. And then my friend told me that the basis of his anger was that OPEC was being sued,” al-Mansour said. “This was a very nasty conspiracy that involved some of the biggest respected political names in America. The king didn’t know all of that, but he knew he wasn’t happy.”
Al-Mansour’s friend told the kin he was a lawyer. “The King didn’t know if I was a good lawyer or bad lawyer, but said, ‘Will you do it?’ I said, ‘I’d have to study it.’ He said, ‘Just take it, and get out!’”
The king required that only one lawyer represent the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries. “So you win or you lose, based on the outcome because no one’s going to listen to any excuses. You’re either a loser for life, or a winner for life,” al-Mansour said.
Al-Mansour was a winner – big time.
Changed Name After Studying Islam
Born the 11th of 12 children as Donald Warden to a polyglot father who often spoke glowingly about Islam, al-Mansour decided to change his name in 1964 after learning Arabic and studying Islam.
“I found that Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour, if you put ’em together, it means that, if I’m eternally the slave of God, and I follow the right path, I will always be victorious. I liked that. So that became my name.”
He met and befriended Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, the world’s 19-thealthiest person, when the prince was studying at Menlo College in California in the late 1970s. Al-Mansour’s law partner was representing the prince in a court case in California.
After getting a degree in business administration from Menlo in 1979, Prince Alwaleed went back to Saudi Arabia determined to become extremely successful, al-Mansur recalled.
The two began to work together, and the prince asked him to help him invest in Africa. “He said, let’s make our focus turning Africa around. He has never told me until today where this idea came from, but it became an obsession.”
Al-Mansour says he and the prince flew from country to country as he introduced the prince to heads of state. “It was easy for me, because I knew all the presidents.”
Mum on Relations with Obama
Al-Mansour deflected several attempts to get him to answer direct questions about his relationship with Obama and the Percy Sutton revelations it reported Wednesday.
“In respect to Mr. Obama, I have told him, because so many people are running after him, and when stories get printed they usually get distorted and then he has to spend a lot of time trying to unravel them – and then after the experience of Rev. (Jeremiah) Wright whom I’ve never met, but I’ve followed the media coverage – I was determined that I was never going to be in that situation. I never discuss Barack Obama,” al-Mansour said.
“I wish him the best, and hope he can win the election, and if he wins the election, that he adopts this campaign for education,” he said.
Al-Mansour wants Obama to launch an education and program” for black and Hispanic students, using his rock-star popularity to motivate young people, parents, and teachers to improve achievement standards.
Percy Sutton Revelations
Al-Mansour said is is aware of Percy Sutton’s revelations that identified him as raising money for Obama’s law school education when the presidential candidate was 25.
“But I’ve never confirmed it,” he said. “What you have since I’ve been out of the country is bloggers saying this is the new Rev. Wright — in drag! and he is a nationalist, racist, and worse than Rev. Wright. I’m not getting into that. Any statement that I make would only further the activity which is not in the interest of Barack, not in the interest of Percy, not in the interest of anyone. For the bloggers to not even have the courtesy to call me to ask what’s happening is a clear sign to me. There’s no need. There’s no benefit. So why do it?”
Asked specifically whether he had “spotted” Barack Obama while he was an undergraduate at Columbia as a promising student he wanted to help get into Harvard Law School, al-Mansour pleaded a faulty memory.
“I give a lot of speeches on college campuses, in the US and abroad. So I meet people all the time…. But I can’t say that I remember that.”
Nor would he confirm or deny that he had called Sutton, as Sutton reveals, asking him to help Obama get into Harvard.
“I’m not going to say that,” al-Mansour said. “That lends itself regardless of the answer and regardless of the truth to the type of sensationalism that I don’t consider productive to the goals that I have. I don’t see how this will promote education. I don’t see how this will promote a global respect. I don’t see how it deals with the basic issues we’re faced with in the country. I try to limit my comments to those kinds of issues, to avoid the tendency of the press to sensationalize both positive and negative.”

I know theres alot there, Yes I watched all of it. Suffice to say, Dr. Mansour is just a Muslim version of Reverend Wright who is a "Christian" who is very close to the Nations of Islam. While Wright uses Black Liberation Theology with a Christian-ish face, Dr. Mansour basically does the same with an Islamic face. He has some very radical beliefs on Christianity and on Jewish people.

Dr. Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour is just another radical skeleton that helped get Obama to where he is today. Without Dr. Mansour, Obama would not have gotten to Harvard Law. You can see the similarities of belief between Dr. Mansour, Obama, & Wright. Not the core religion, but the Black Liberation Theology. Obama was a Muslim in his childhood and in his book stated politically he would stand with them, but I do believe he himself is a Muslim now. Surah 16:106 If he wasn't he would be taking his children to church for a Christian upbringing.
Obama went to Church on September 19th, 2010 to the little Church across from the white house. Funny he waited for a Muslim speaker to be there to talk about the dicing and mincing of the State of Israel. I wonder if the Prime Minister of Israel was speaking at a Synagogue in DC would he want to hear Benjamin Netanyahu speak on the Unity of Jerusalem.
