Arrested: Tea Party spokesman Michael Kobulnicky has been accused of rape

Michael J. Kobulnicky, MBA, President/CEO and Chairman of the Board of The National Council of Americans, Inc.

Mr. Kobulnicky has taught at the university level and also at the elementary school level for the Val Verde Unified School District. Currently he holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Human Resource Management.

Mr. Kobulnicky has been a manager for over 19 years. He has been responsible for a budget of $1.2 million for the Town of Apple Valley. He also managed expenditures and stayed under budget.

 How NCOAM Will Achieve Their Expansion Goals:

1. To reach our short-term goal of securing a minimum of 10 companies to offer educational resources for our website by the end of 2011 we will do the following: A) contact websites that offer founding documents and information regarding the founders and work in conjunction with them for a mutually beneficial relationship. B) post the websites of the resources we find on our website. C) keep looking for additional educational resources for our website and posting them.

2. To reach our other short-term goal of having 20 reciprocating website links with other websites/organizations by the end of 2011 we will do the following: A) contact websites/organizations/companies with similar goals and purpose. B) explain how our "relationship" will mutually benefit each other. C) both organizations post the link to their website.

3. Our short-term goal of having clubs start in 10 new states by the end of 2011 will be achieved by: A) calling and emailing various organizations such as: schools of all levels, churches, scout troops, political organizations, verbally mentioning to others, get referrals from people we contact, and any other type of operations and to inform them of what we are attempting to achieve and how it benefits them and the individuals they work with along with helping our country. B) we explain if necessary the documents we have on our website to help someone start a club and keep it going. There is a whole section dedicated to starting and operating a club. The club section explains why starting a club is important and how someone will benefit, how others will benefit and how it will help strengthen our country.  C) follow up with the organizations we contacted to see if they have any questions or need any assistance in starting a club. D) solicit key areas throughout our country to start clubs at. In other words, contact various cities around the whole country to make our organization spread nationally.

4. To reach the short-term goal for 2011 of starting 24 new clubs will be reached by: calling Tea Party groups across the United States, promote at Freedom Works, and various other social media sites. Created a channel on YouTube called: The NCOAM.

5. The long-term goal of opening a museum in San Diego, CA by the year 2015 will be accomplished by doing the following: A) contacting companies / organizations and explaining what we are trying to accomplish and the benefits of achieving the goal for our country and for them personally. B) hold various fundraising events to increase donations. C) contact different types of organizations to work with to increase fundraising opportunities such as: local magazines, political parties, physician groups, chamber of commerce, etc. and work with these varioius groups to increase our brand thereby increasing donations.

Be a  volunteer to do the following and not as a representative of the company:

2. Start clubs at all levels of schools: Ex. Elementary, Middle School, High School, College, and University
3. Start clubs at churches, etc.

 A Tea Party leader has been arrested on suspicion of raping a woman at a popular recreation area in San Diego, California.

Michael Kobulnicky, 50, is accused of sexually assaulting a 56-year-old stranger after offering her a lift home.

The father of five has been suspended from his position as spokesman for the San Diego Tea Party while the allegations are investigated.

The alleged victim claims she was walking home on February 25 when a man drove up and offered a ride.

She accepted, but the man drove past her house and continued to Fiesta Island, commonly used as a seaside leisure area.

The 6ft3, 205lb man then allegedly pulled her out of the car and assaulted her before driving off, leaving her on the island.

She immediately reported the assault to police, who released surveillance camera footage to help track down the suspect.

Kobulnicky was arrested on Thursday as a result of numerous public tip-offs to authorities.

He is accused of rape by force, sex with a foreign object and kidnapping for purposes of sexual assault.

The San Diego Tea Party said that Kobulnicky, a landscaper by trade, had been on hiatus since January and would be suspended until the resolution of his case.

Tea Party member Karen Grube told U-T San Diego that she was shocked to hear of the charges against her colleague.

'This can't be the same guy,' she thought when she first discovered the allegations about Kobulnicky.

The suspect was divorced in 2010 but was due to re-marry next month, according to U-T San Diego.

His website details a conservative political meeting, the Patriot Voices Summit, which he was hoping to hold this summer.

Ever since Karl Marx defined his vision of the future, socialists have been awaiting the complete collapse of the world-wide free enterprisesystem, and the beginning of a cataclysmic international Marxist revolution. The Occupy Wall Street movement is supported by Communist Party USA, the Islamic Republic of Iran, communist dictators Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro, as well as the AFL-CIO, SEIU, Nancy Pelosi, Bill Ayers, Barack Obama, and the Democrat Party.

The violent Jacobin tendency among socialists was evident in many of the signs carried at this march.

They start training them for the revolution very young these days. Note the proud father looking on as his daughter hoists her protest sign, background left. Above we see a classic astroturfing operation. Handmade signs produced by a radical organization are intended to lend a “spontaneous grassroots feel” to what is a highly organized leftist operation. Nobody has ever witnessed this type of activity at a tea party, even in Washington, D.C. when there were a million participants. Yet  astroturfing is standard procedure of every leftist or Obama administration-organized “action” that I have witnessed.

Neo-cannibals seemed to be everywhere. Above, a sign adorned with a skull with a red anarchist ‘A,’ and bloody knife and fork recall the peak of the psychedelic revolution in 1969, when Charles Manson and his crew of hippy chicks went on a murder spree and bragged about defiling the corpses of their wealthy victims with flatware. President Obama’s friends, infamous terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn, shocked the world by publicly rejoicing and declaring the three-fingered fork sign as a new revolutionary symbol. This guy looks ready to chow down.

 This fellow is the lone representative in this post of the many, many photographs I took of people who were there to support legalization of drugs as their main issue. When I asked him about his shirt, he told me that it is from a glass-pipe shop in Denver, which supplies drug users with paraphernalia. When I asked him what the most expensive pipe there costs, I was surprised when he said $7,000.

 Joe Sacco has a degree in film making. I asked him if he would turn down a job with a salary of $74,000, and he said that  he would consider it, depending on the benefits package. He made it clear that his sign is totally serious.

Many college grads voiced their grievances about the fact that they didn’t immediately get high paying jobs right out of school. Choosing fields of study that are not in high demand, or racking up debt rather than working and saving, were their choices. The consequences of getting a degree in art history or an advanced degree in basket weaving, like Stanley Ann Dunham, can be living on food stamps when one is unwilling to take a job below one’s qualifications. Boo Hoo.

Tragically, this little girl looks like she’s already on a course that may damage her possibilities. Please, sweetheart, don’t get any tattoos or piercings. According to one professor I heard speaking on the subject, fewer university students are disfiguring themselves these days and the fashion seems to be going out of style as the weak economy presents them with a serious reality check. An amazing number of the protestors have prominent tattoos.

Slavery was another theme. I didn’t ask any of them if they’ve met someone who has actually been a slave. I personally know two men who escaped slavery in Africa and made it to America. Simon Deng and Francis Bok both love America, even though they are not wealthy here. They were both tortured by their Arab masters and forced to drink water and eat food with the animals. What these protesters refer to as slavery, i.e. working for a paycheck, looks like Nirvana to the vast majority of the world’s population. People who think like these leftists are slaves to their sense of entitlement and culture of unwarranted grievance. 

 Another Jacobin threat of violence? At least she’s not a slave.

 As they approached the Federal Reserve, the anarchists moved in to the lead the march with locked arms.

 As the marchers neared Civic Center Park, a couple of dozen plonked themselves down on the street and refused to go any farther, sending El Comandante into a rage. “Not f##king here. Get up.” He told them they should occupy the street in front of the Capitol.

 

 They rose in awe of El Comandante’s power, and followed as he led to the Capitol.

 The occupation of the street seemed to be a tantrum in reaction to Governor Hickenlooper’s order to clean them out of the park on Thursday night. Up until that moment, protesters had considered the Governor to be a radical like them. He was outed as a radical during his tenure as Mayor of Denver, when it was revealed that he established and funded the Chinook Fund, which he specifically created to support organizations that were too extreme leftist for other liberal foundations to channel money to.

Who are those people converging on Wall Street? The 'Occupy Wall Street' (OWS) protesters mannerism and goals are far different than those of the Tea Party. The Tea Party believes in the rule of law, respecting and honoring of civil servants (police, fire, government officials) and the military. Those protesters are clearly willing to violate the rule of law trying to create a sense of public unrest and thereby throwing a 'monkey wrench' into the stabilization of our economy.

Remember the Andy Stearns comment? "We will use the power of persuasion or the persuasion of power." It is clear these tactics are identical to values espoused by the Unions and Socialists.

The Union 'Puppet-Masters' are now stepping forward as a clear signal to expand hostile activities in major city centers with the intent purpose to disrupt commerce. Soon to follow will be a coordinated effort to deploy flash mobs in a contrived crisis, thereby destroying the property and hopes of business owners. Because of the coming public disobedience inspired by the Union Socialist agenda, the Tea Party must identify these culprits and request our leaders not to cuddle the OWS radicals.

As a matter of fact, the Tea Party denounces those lame illegal OWS protesters and their dubious socialist underpinnings.

Over 2000 Tea Party events have been successfully accomplished and with no arrests, however, as of October 7th, 2011 the OWS has had over 700 arrests. Clearly the OWS is hostile, bought and paid for by cronyism and diametrically opposite of the Tea Party ideals.

Conveniently, Obama’s lackluster job killing bill is primed to be rammed down the throats of the American taxpayers. It is painfully obvious the OWS riots are contrived and a coordinated distraction to negate scrutiny of Obama’s job proposal. Because of the illegal actions of the OWS, the Obama Administration’s endorsement of their actions is sending a dangerous message to the world and the American people as well. Obama’s irresponsible message is echoing in the ears of insurrectionists! He and the OWS are saying: “The only way to change America is through violence and NOT the democratic process.”

Many in the Tea Party are speculating the OWS riots and the failed Obama legacy, is an attempt to shore up union (government) workers with billions of taxpayer dollars. It is ironic the current beneficiaries of the Stimulus Packages, and Obama’s lackluster job killing bill, are locking arms with the OWS anarchist/socialist protesters, including Trumpka, for the express purpose of projecting a false image of portraying the rich as bad, evil and something no one wants to be.

In additional to that, the churning of the Socialist left raises an additional question of the waiver of immunity and State Sovereignty by the intervention of Federal financial mandates through the wrongful application of government assistance. It appears to the Tea Party that a sinister agenda is afoot through the illegal actions of the OWS.

Is the secret agenda of Obama job’s bill an expansion of Civil Rights rather than creation of jobs for the millions of the unemployed? The ‘so called jobs proposal’ establishes a new protected class of Rights tantamount to the ‘inalienable rights of the unemployable’.

To add injury to insult, Hilda Solis (Department of Labor) and Janet Napolitano (Homeland Security) have both advocated policies which allow illegal aliens greater protection (rights) and possibly Amnesty. With such vagueness the ‘inalienable rights of the unemployable’ would be extended to illegal aliens, thus allowing this new class to sue States and employers. Clearly, Obama’s jobs killing bill will force employers to severely limit hiring anyone, because of the suspicion of fear of a Law Suit. Jobs cannot be created without a demand for products or services and the Tea Party knows this and is working on a solution to end cronyism, the debt and create jobs.

What are the core values of OWS? It appears the OWS extremist values are; profits are always bad, the Rich are always evil, and the poor huddling masses are always good and beautiful people for merely being poor and huddling masses! These core beliefs are foundational cornerstones of socialism, pure and simple.

The Tea Party is proud of its core values, core principles rooted in historical fact which has made America great:

1. Non-partisan
2. Constitutional (fiscally Conservative) Government
3. Free Enterprise

George Washington warned of the danger partisanship as the undoing of our nation. This is why Cronyism is not Capitalism. Cronyism is an attempt to usurp our representative government and undermines the principle of free enterprise/competition. The principle of a Constitutional (fiscally conservative) Government prevents tyranny by big government and limits its encroachment and the erosion of our freedoms guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights and our other great documents.

Lastly, the principle of Free Enterprise was laid by the pilgrims, the first settlers, who knew the notion of collectivism is a failed concept. William Bradford realizing the fallacy of socialism took action to develop an economy based on opportunity. This opportunity allowed America’s first settlers to realize new found freedoms of private property and ownership. The U.S. Constitution and the free enterprise based economy has been the driving force in American exceptionalism. Contrary to the radicals on Wall Street, the Tea Party continues to provide solutions, such as the True Tax, and other solutions that adhere to sound principles established by Our Founders with the intent and purpose to strengthen and restore America.

In Contrast, the radicals advocated principles are eerily similar to Karl Marx and the Socialist Party. Karl Marx, unlike America’s Founding Fathers, despised the concept of capitalism, private property, and hated the idea of a middle (business) class. The Radicals on Wall Street echo the same old story of Marx with a new vernacular. The proletariat, in their view, is now the working/middle class.

Remember, Marx wanted to eliminate the middle (business) class, thereby setting the stage for the outrageous claims of the OWS, as they bellow forth that no one is entitled to private property and therefore wealth must be seized and redistributed to the mindless masses, presuming to know better what the greater good is. The OWS demands an opportunity based economy be fundamentally transformed to become a State Controlled economy, therefore, the State dictates values, jobs, production and every aspect of the lives of the American people.

The OWS rioters say they hate crony capitalism, but ignore the fact their own funding is cronyism. The Tea Party is now bringing awareness to the OWS source of cronyism which lay in the heart of Washington, not Wall Street.

The values and agenda of OWS radicals are foreign to this nation. The implication of the OWS failed ideology of a Socialist agenda, if allowed to grow, will dismantle America and install ‘Rich-Hate’, the violation of the rule of law, immorality, and class warfare.

The OWS mentality should be rejected by every American Patriot.

OWS radicals may have changed their name, but their agenda remains the same - SOCIALISM.

These Tea Party groups want the same old same old system Stealing money like Tea Party candidate Michelle Bachmann for her DEAD FATHER-IN-LAW's FARM. These people are 99% of the population who lost jobs, lost their money in stock market, lost homes, and these Tea Party Leaders called them "stupid". This is the beginning of the revolution Tea Party Leaders and it's the Youth who will restore America! They are doing more then the BS on this show listed below. The Tea Party Leaders on the air  joke about killing these demonstrators. This same talk show joked in killing Gays and Lesbians. You know many truths are said  "Jokingly". They have even called me names before and after exposing them, claimed I was thrown out when I left on my own after listening to their threats to others. The Tea Party members are only interested in those who are Christian and they make it very clear you are not part of the their Holy Rollers Christian movement. Now if they were true Christians they would be more LOVING not hateful to the Jews. After all Jesus who was a Jew taught love not hate.  Do not vote for the Tea Party Candidates. I made the mistake in joining them in the beginning and corrected it after 1 year.


My fight is with Obama and the extreme right holy rollers. I am a middle of the road Democrat who wants to fully begin to restore America and bring it forward to the 21st Century. Not bring it back to the Regan Years. We can not move backwards we must move forward.


What the Tea Party wants is to stop your 1st amendment rights and you keep quiet and only listen to their policies, One Tea Party Member went so far as to tell my finance to go back to the UK and bow down to his Queen. Not welcome to the USA . He came in LEGALLY to the USA with the proper VISA's but this Tea Party Member wants to close all avenues of any form of legal immigration.

CHICAGO—A long-planned protest against the financial community was augmented Monday evening by the local offshoot of the Occupy Wall Street movement.
Protesters representing more than 30 local labor unions, community organizations and activist groups including Occupy Chicago, marched downtown against "the big banks responsible for the recession," a joint statement said. Chicago police estimated 3,000 people took part in the march.
Last week in Manhattan, labor unions joined with Occupy Wall Street for the protest's largest turnout yet. Unions also have taken part in Occupy protests in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Boston, according to news reports. The alliance ...

Good Morning America. Time to wake up and wipe those sleepy eyes of yours.

Last night I listened to a Tea Party Radio which I posted below and with their ranting and yelling they  began talking about using your dog if you are a Democrat and killing it and feeding your dog to the poor.  I find this to be a disgusting idea taking a family member and killing no murdering them to feed the hungry in the USA. They didn't bother to mention we have deer , lama, mountain goat and with other wild animals that are suitable for feeding the poor. But they mention eating dog. How far are these deranged ideas going to go?

Also in this show they continue to mention homosexuals. Maybe they want to have a  Soylent Green here and have cannibalism and murder the Gays and feed them to the poor also. Sometimes we get involved in things that really turn out differently than what we anticipated or imagined.  The following blog post is included here as evidence of that, and I would strongly recommend that, if you have the stomach for it, please take the time to listen to the "show"...her last one as she is now campaigning (archive Sept. 15 2011)...and come to your own conclusions.  The complete distortions, lies, slanders and twisting of facts are a symptom of a greater problem than just this one individual, Leah Lax, and her two cohorts.  This seems to be a condition prevalent in the vast majority of Democrats and liberals, and is stunning.  I never knew she was this unhinged at first, nor were others that found out later just how bad it really is.  I'm bringing this out now because it just really ticked me off to be libeled like she is doing, and most particularly the Patriots Union and JB Williams, Dale Robertson and Tea Party.org, and other Patriots and Tea Parties she erroneously claims to have "left" because of our racist/ Nazi/ Christian/zealot ways: 
I've never been called a Nazi before, until tonight, that I'm aware of, or a homophobe, and then closet-homosexual BECAUSE I'm a homophobe.  Son-of-a-bitch, yeah, heard that before.  I've heard the entire Tea Party movement called Nazi's before, and I heard it again tonight from a Class A nutcase that is running for President on the Democrat Ticket. She also had  some choice words about JB Williams and the Patriots Union, and also my wife who never said anything more than "Hey Leah, how are ya?" (Transcripts of email between her and JB regarding Patriots Union membership to be released shortly...a VERY interesting read!)   Dale Robertson of Tea Party.org and his new "True Tax" plan is another "Communist Manifesto."  Along with the claims of "Teabaggers" and that this is not a Christian nation, and all the usual crap we hear on a daily basis from the far left, is incredible vitriol coming from someone who is running for President.  Please don't take my word for it.  Listen to the completely unhinged rant right here, in her own words:

This is a very dangerous person, and I doubt she has one chance in hell of getting elected to anything, including room-leader of the institution she belongs in, but it's become apparent that this needs to be made certain, as she is an official candidate and is raising money. 

I have never written or published anything negative or untrue about this person.  I am not starting now...just bringing out the truth as it has occurred.

I've been accused of stalking, harassment, sabotage, and all manner of things from this vile individual, I have been threatened with lawsuits, as have also been a number of organizations she was once affiliated with, which she then deemed all by herself to be evil and against her after she subjected them to slanderous and untenable rants.

Got the documentation to prove it, LEAH. 

So let me be as clear as I possibly can here...apparently this individual, Leah Lax, does not realize that she is now a public figure, in the public eye as a candidate for a public office (the Presidency), and is not eligible for the same protections afforded a private citizen.  The complete misrepresentation of facts by Leah Lax regarding Tea Party.org,a number of organizations and other everyday persons is an affront to decency, a complete slanderous smear  unwarranted by any facts whatsoever, as I have all the correspondences which I will release.

Ms. Lax has a very disturbing tendency towards some of the worst that resides in the darkest corners of the human heart.

Play your little tapes, Leah.  I urge you to. They're all available at the LINK CITED ABOVE.  You are a complete liar, a traitor to your "cause",  the Jewish people and all patriotic Americans by your outrageous statements and unwarranted accusations.

You obviously understand nothing about any Tea Party organization or the movement itself, or the issues that these, and other Patriot movements address.  You never "left" the Tea Party or Patriots Union... you were removed because of your caustic accusations and unwarranted threats of legal action, and continued unhinged behavior.  

What I see is the same lunacy and degradation evident in the Democrat Party today.  This is Debbie Wasserman Shultz off-camera with a fifth of Scotch...

By the way, Keith, the Tea Party has ALWAYS BEEN many different organizations without a cohesive central structure that is readily identifiable.  That's the beauty of it.  You people don't have a damn clue.  Good riddance to bad rubbish is the kindest thing I can say to all of you.

You don't have chutzpah, Leah, you have a serious mental disorder made worse by a very bad temper.

And Merlin, with no disrespect intended, go back home to the chains that bind you there to your Queen.  We don't need your kind of help here, at least as represented thus far.

I am so happy that a GOY speaks for all the Jews in the world and what we want. According to the members of the Tea Party all Jews are Liberals and all Jews supported and still support Obama.

The fundamental question that was never answered is: "What did the Tea Party do for me as a Member and a Candidate?"The answer: NOTHING! They used me for information and verbally and mentally abused me. What I did for them was to help keep their boring repetitive, monotonous, and rhetoric  "radio show alive". If you want to call that a radio show. The only new news was the news I gave and they still use my knowledge and information on their stupid show. Get your own information! I gave up my evenings for them. But then I am using more than 2 dollar words and I don't think the toothless man who lives in a van down by the river along with the banjo playing goon who lives in the KKK/hillbilly area of Georgia can comprehend what I am saying. They will need a Webster's Pictionary to understand. 


Now I am going to go on with my life and my campaign and let the Junior High School bully be known for what he is in his confrontational little world and history. I am going to quote from a famous wrestling team (not a boring forefather quote) "If you don't like what I have to say I have two words for you: SUCK IT!"
