A member of Tea Party .Org has written this complaint against Barack Hussien Obama and I wish to share this with you. You too can write complaints yet the White House swears they have not received any complaints. As the complaints come in I will post them according to the Right to Know Act. I will be posting them as Complaints against Obama part X.

Completed Obama/Holder Project Gunrunner Criminal Complaint (see above link)

Currently writing a criminal complaint for Barack Hussein Obama and Occidental faculty member Peter Dreier in regards to Dreier calling for the the collapse of the U.S. economy (tantamount to treason) by “injecting unmanageable strains into the capitalist system, strains that precipitate an economic and/or political crisis,” (1) and Obama’s inclusion of said Dreier in his group of advisors; and the subsequent beginning of the collapse (i.e., Standard and Poor’s downgrade) due to “unmanageable strains in the capitalist system” (i.e., unmanageable debt due to a trillion dollar Stimulus Bill, trillion dollar plus bailouts, two trillion dollar Healthcare Bill, exponential expansion of government, etc.)

CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FOR:
Attorney General Eric Himpton Holder, Jr., and
United States President Barack Hussein Obama,
aka Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.,
aka Barack Hussein Obama II,
aka Barry Soetoro
VIOLATION OF U.S.C. § 1117. CONSPIRACY TO MURDER
SUMMARY:
On December 14, 2010 Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, in the course of his duties, was
shot with an AK-47 assault rifle near Rio Pico, Arizona, by an individual attempting to
bring illegal aliens into the United States. On December 15, 2010, Brian Terry died as a
result of his wounds.
The above-referenced AK-47 was traced to the United States Government, specifically
to a federal program referred to as Project Gunrunner, but also colloquially referred to
as Operation Fast and Furious. The goal of the program was to sell both assault rifles
and handguns to “straw buyers,” and, through various intermediaries, deliver these
weapons to Mexican drug cartels; along the way, the weapons would be “traced, to their
ultimate destination, and, with the cooperation between United States and Mexican
entities, Mexican cartel members would be apprehended. But in fact no known cases
exist in which the weapons were followed to their ultimate destinations. Given the fact
that there was no apparatus to trace the weapons to Mexican drug cartels either
through visual or electronic tracking, through an eventual playing out of events, a
murder of a United States citizen, one Brian A. Terry, border patrol agent and United
States Marine veteran, using the above-referenced AK-47, occurred. Additionally,
though not part of this complaint, as this relates to international law, the number of
Mexican citizens murdered or wounded with Project Gunrunner-supplied weapons
numbers in the thousands.
BASIS FOR CRIMINAL COMPLAINT:
Per U.S. C. § 1117. Conspiracy to murder:
If two or more persons conspire to violate section 1111, 1114, 1116, or 1119 of this title,
and one or more of such persons do any overt act to effect the object of the conspiracy,
each shall be punished by imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
—in that one U.S. Attorney General Eric Himpton Holder, Jr., and one President Barack
Hussein Obama, did conspire to murder one Brian A. Terry.
FACTS SUPPORTING COMPLAINT:
On February 17, 2009 President Barack Hussein Obama signed his much-touted
“Stimulus Bill,” which specifically funds Project Gunrunner by name:
For an additional amount for ‘‘State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance’’,
$40,000,000, for competitive grants to provide assistance and equipment to local law
enforcement along the Southern border and in High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas to
combat criminal narcotics activity stemming from the Southern border, of which
$10,000,000 shall be transferred to ‘‘Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives, Salaries and Expenses’’ for the ATF Project Gunrunner. (Page 16,
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, aka Stimulus Bill).
Though the Stimulus Bill, funding the Project Gunrunner program in the amount of
$10,000,000, does not specifically mention the supposed “tracing” operation, on March
24, 2009, Deputy Attorney General David Ogden, in a press conference, specifically
refers to this “tracing” operation:

—And thus it follows that both Attorney General Eric Himpton Holder, Jr., and President
Barack Hussein Obama knew about the “tracing” function of the program, or rather lack
thereof. As has been reported in various news organizations, the “tracing” either
resulted in no attempt to follow the movement of the sold guns, or simply a following to
the Mexican border. That $10,000,000 would be appropriated simply to create a
database with gun descriptions and serial numbers, and to have those guns sold to
“straw buyers,” begs logic. What the purpose of the program was remains to be seen,
and is currently being investigated by U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa and U.S. Sen. Charles
Grassley.
Regardless, through a conspiracy of President Barack Hussein Obama and Attorney
General Eric Himpton Holder, Jr., one Brian A. Terry was murdered, and therefore a
violation of U.S.C. § 1117 Conspiracy to murder has occurred.
IMPEACHMENT OF PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA PRIOR TO CHARGE
OF VIOLATION OF U.S.C. § 1117 CONSPIRACY TO MURDER:
Given the fact that the United States Constitution does not allow for criminal charges to
be filed against a sitting Unites States President until after he is removed from office:
Judgment in Cases of Impeachments shall not extend further than to removal from
Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust, or Profit under
the United States, but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to
Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishment, according to Law. (U.S. Constitution,
Article I Section 3)
—It is necessary to remove President Barack Hussein Obama through impeachment
prior to the charges under U.S.C. § 1117 being filed:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be
removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other
high Crimes and Misdemeanors (U.S. Constitution, Article II Section 4)
Given the fact that a United States citizen and United States Marine has been
murdered, it is vital that proceedings against the above-named individuals be
forthcoming immediately.
