Dont worry dear it's almost over, we are going home to the place that really hates you. Or should we stop off at your home town Hawaii in Kenya

Don't worry dear, it's almost over! Michelle Obama rubs weary President's forehead at state dinner after Berlin speech as first family prepares to head home from European tour

  • Obamas join the German chancellor Angela Merkel and her husband at Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin
  • The President's half-sister Auma Obama also attended the function

Barack Obama appeared exhausted this evening as the First Lady leaned over to rub something from his forehead during a state dinner at the end of his grueling European tour.
The President seemed to have something stuck to his head which the First Lady quickly spotted and gave his face a quick rub.
The Obamas were attending a dinner with German chancellor Angela Merkel and her husband Joachim Sauer at Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin on Wednesday evening.
The First Lady looked typically glamorous in a Fifties-style, knee-length Carolina Herrera dress with a swirling pattern and bow details on the shoulder straps.
