I am finding it a waste of time to even discuss religion in politics
and government. I feel and it's my feelings Government, Schools and
Public areas should not have any religious displays. You want to decorate your
house, your lawn, yourself with blinking lights have a doll in a make
believe cribbed with Mickey Mouse blown up next to it on skis with
Santa Claus coming down the chimney and your house looking like the Griswold’s
that is your business. Chanukah is a not a religious Holiday it earmarks
a Historic event of the Maccabee wars.
Again I am going
to state that the Constitution says this is not a Christian Country and the
same respect I give to the Constitution should be given to me as a Jew since My
Jewish forefather who financed this great country not once but twice.
We are electing a Patriot.
And the issues are important not whether this law fits into your religious
ideas. The Laws you are bitching about are made by those in Congress and the
Senate who are manly Christians and Catholics. Pelosi is a Catholic Reed is a Christian Boehner is a Christian.
People are going to be gay whether you like it or not. They will not have
children whether you like it or not.
I am for the
People All the People whether you like it or not. I am not committed to the
silly issues of Gay Marriage or Abortion since this is a State issue and should
be handled on State level. If a bill came to me Banning Abortions
or enforcing Abortions / Banning Gay Marriages or enforcing Gay Marriages
I would veto both. Same for prayer in the schools. I will not be ruled by
my religious beliefs as well as my staffs. If I have to work on Christmas ,Yom
Kippur, Passover or other Holidays for the countries welfare and safety I will.
No one will dictate to me because of their religion and that includes
Sharia.
If you are
insulted by what I have to say or written too bad. Your insults of me means you
are reading what I am saying and maybe someday when your mind is clear and not
fogged with this Religious Domination then you will be happy in this country
and start to restore it.
My politics
reflect my views not my religion.
