Congressmen Walter Jones Starts Impeachment Process on the President

There has been a rumor today that Congressman Walter Jones started impeachment process on President Barack Obama.
If you have not seen this newly released video on YouTube, you soon will by watching below. In this video the speaker is talking about resolution HCON 107 IH. Here is a copy of resolution HCON 107 IH  http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c112:H.CON.RES.107:

In this resolution it states that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear
authorization is unconstitutional.
Just in case you are a little confused as to which war Mr. Jones is speaking about, the answer is the war in Libya. This is not something new for Congressman Jones due to back in June 15, 2011, Congressmen Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) and Walter Jones (R-NC)  both led a bipartisan group of 10 Members of Congress to file a suit in federal court against President Barack Obama to challenge the commitment of the United States with the war in Libya absent the required constitutional legal authority.
So why bring this up now?
Simple. The Election. You see both President Obama & Congressman Jones are up for re-election in 2012. And with the recent battle for the republican nominee coming to a close,  it’s clear what they have in store for all of us in the next coming months. If you listen to the radio it is also clear that the so called conservative radio jockeys are jumping right on the bashing bandwagon. It is troubling  that our President Obama looked too the UN for approval and not Congress. This proves that the lack of care from this administration towered our 200 year old constitution formed by our forefathers.
It is my belief  that our military should have Never been involved in Syria, and if Congress was not informed then sometimes you have to call a Spade “a Spade”. For those of you that may not understand the definition of a spade please read:  A Spade-  A tool with a sharp-edged, typically rectangular, metal blade and a long handle, used for digging or cutting earth, sand, turf, etc.
Let’s not forget that it was the same politicians in office when Bush Jr. needed approval in Iraq and bypassed congress. Of course we never heard from those bottom feeding Republicans back 4 years ago because they were too busy spreading fear to us all and oh’ yeah.., trying to find those infamous WMD’s.
The world is changing and not for the better.
It is looking clear that neither democrats nor republicans have our best interests in mind. And nothing will change unless we elect a true constitutionalist to the white house. So here is the real question that should be asked,  when will we see someone with the cojones that will stand against these thief’s in Washington? I do know that this has the look and feel of  a second rate reality show”
You have to give them credit though as they are stripping our constitutional rights at lightning fast speed. Most Americans seem more preoccupied with our new electronic gadgets like the tablets and I phones in which we seem to be
under a Trance seeking the next newest magnetic rock but, do not forget as you stand in those long lines waiting on the Apple Ipod 3, those same thieving and lying politicians are stripping our rights at 4TLE speeds.
This is just one mans opinion
Here is the video posted on YouTube below.

Quick follow up…
The questions raised in the lawsuit will be critical to challenge the executive branch’s circumvention of Congress and its use of international organizations such as the United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to authorize the use of military force abroad, in violation of the Constitution.

H. CON. RES. 107

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

March 7, 2012
Mr. JONES submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.
Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),
That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.
