This has been a horrendous year in this short
31 days for Obama. Every thing bad came his way in January 2011 and now in 2012
he faces many charges. We have been able to be heard for the first time in a
Supreme Court hearing in a Georgia court and Obama lost by a default for not
showing. What we need now is to push the Judge into entering a warrant for his
arrest . Another lawsuit has been entered in DC by a write in Candidate
Montgomery Blair Sibley to demand the enforcement of 18 U.S.C. 8332 That
requires that if a citizens of the USA upon demand forces the US Attorney
General to present alleged offense to the grand jury on a Fraud
Wire Case..
Attorney he is insisting on from Holders office is Ronald C. Machen Jr.who was nominated to serve
as United States Attorney for the District of Columbia by Barack Hussein Obama
on December 24, 2009.
Now this is a great idea if this person was not a supporter of Obama and
Holder. Meanwhile Holder's office is under investigation by the Senate for the fast and furious and no one who is
appointed by Obama will go against Obama because they are as illegal as Obama. If Obama is found guilty, each one will lose their jobs because all appointments will be null and void including all the Bills Obama signed.

Larry Sinclair: Obama Accuser’s Attorney Montgomery Sibley Suspended By Florida Bar
Obama accuser Larry Sinclair’s “prominent” attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley,
has been suspended by the Florida State Bar for a period of three years.
According to the web site, Overlawyered.com, Sibley’s suspension is also
reciprocal in Washington, D.C..
Sibley has been representing the man who accused Senator Obama of nights of alleged illicit gay sex and illegal drug use in the back of a rented limo and a motel in Gurnee, Illinois in November of 1999.
In an attempt to keep his accusations in the public eye, Larry “Litigious” Sinclair, filed a lawsuit back on February 11 accusing Senator Obama, David Axelrod, and the Democratic National Committee of “intimidation” and loss of Free Speech.
An excerpt from Sinclair’s lawsuit filed in the United States District Court, District of Minnesota:
“This action is being brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1981, 18 U.S.C. 241 and the First Amendment of the United States Constitutions right to Free Speech. Defendants have continued to conspire against the rights of citizens in that they are actively engaged in ongoing internet intimidation, claiming to be engaging in the conduction (sic) of illegal investigations into plaintiffs personal life, an actively involved in prevention of allegations brought of illegal drug use and sexual activity…”
Sinclair composed and filed the lawsuit at the Minneapolis District Court alleging Obama, Axelrod, and the DNC had conspired to intimidate thus impinging on Sinclair’s right to Free Speech.
An interesting accusation as Sinclair continues to post his allegations against Senator Obama on various websites. Sinclair has been interviewed by several talk radio shows plus has raised new allegations, that Senator Obama was involved in the murder of a gay choir director at Obama’s church, that Obama and Donald Young were lovers and that Sinclair has “proof”.
Much like the fictional character Forrest Gump, Sinclair claims to be a pivotal figure in the “dark” side of Obama’s life except Sinclair has failed to provide proof in any of his allegations, that back in 1999 while riding in a “rented” limo Sinclair secured an “introduction” to the then State Senator Obama. Who, according to Sinclair, was quick to procure crack and powdered cocaine for the two while they engaged in gay sex or that Sinclair had been “contacted” several times by the now slain Donald Young who allegedly spilled “secrets” about Obama’s “other” life and was “murdered” to keep quiet.
While Sinclair has produced “paperwork” which he claims “proves” his claims, they haven’t provided one scintilla of evidence that Senator Obama ever crossed paths with Sinclair. Since making his original accusation Sinclair has also failed to provide key information as to his veracity such as prior employment, stints in prison, former or current aliases, or outstanding warrants.

who claimed in his first lawsuit that Obama, Axelrod, and the DNC had

We took a quick trip over to the DNC website and did a search on Larry Sinclair. Evidently the judge hasn’t ordered the DNC to expunge the Sinclair info as it’s still there. So strike a blow for Free Speech over at the DNC.

The Globe reported that Sinclair has a rather “dubious” past of fraud, prison stints, smuggling drugs and illegal immigrants across the Mexican border, that Sinclair suffers from a “terminal brain tumor”. Sinclair hasn’t threatened to sue the publishers of the Globe nor has he denied their allegations of Sinclair’s past.
Sinclair upped the ante in Obama allegations after he claimed he had been in “contact” with Donald Young, a gay choirmaster from Obama’s church who was found slain back in December. Sinclair also claims Young had “info” on Obama that led to his death.

One would suppose when someone files a defamation of character lawsuit they will eventually have to prove they had a “character” to defame yet Larry has forged ahead with funds “donated” through paypal on his website.The lawsuit was filed with the help of Sinclair’s new attorney, one Montgomery Blair Sibley. OverLawyered.com found where Sibley was suspended by the Florida Bar for failure to pay child support and for filing “myriad court proceedings without merit.”
According to the site, Big Head DC, Sinclair has filed a lawsuit against 3 anonymous posters on the site, Democratic Underground, seeking 3 million dollars in damages for defamation of character.

Sinclair's attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, was also lawyer to the DC Madame (Deborah Jean Palfrey) who 'hung' herself in her mother's shed two months ago. She had a black book of thousands of names, both Republican and Democrat.
Obama's Trinity Church lost it's choir director (a gay black man) last November, murdered. Another gay black Chicagoan murdered in the same time frame had and has the Chigago GLBT groups in a panic. Just like Monica, Sinclair's trying to keep alive.
