Answer to David Keene since he wont post my answer
David Keene wrote this about me:
Thank you for your reply! Your comments are greatly appreciated, no matter how severe, well-intended or maliciously directed. It is of the utmost importance to me to be completely aware of the vast and varied opinions of ALL Americans, no matter what political party or persuasion having influenced them. It is my sincere and life-long conviction that all voices matter, whether they are rude and uninformed, mean-spirited or actually offering ideas and solutions, agreeing or dis-agreeing as long as the aspect of mutual respect is maintained uniformly. Once that boundary of mutual respect is crossed, however, I do not have the time nor the patience to deal with those whose mind is already set in stone against me. That's just the way it is. We have to choose our battles, and I will not be co-opted by a concerted effort to confuse the issues before us and side-track that which I believe in.
Is Leah Lax(ative) Full of It?
Is there any way to control the pollution of this medium so that this imaginary sage and presidential candidate doesn’t plaster half of every blog page with her third grade rants? I recognize the town hall concept of this site means we occasionally need to endure stupid comments, tolerate outlandish conspiracy theories and be informed of all the communists in our midst’s but how about drawing the line on someone’s ability to inundate the airwaves so to speak. Her recent post proclaimed Dale Robertson (apparently of Tea Party fame) endorsed her as a presidential candidate. If that’s so I would suggest he offer Leah an English language coach so her posts were not so embarrassingly and poorly written. I’m guessing that would not help her presidential aspirations much but it would surely reduce her output – which would be a godsend in itself. Where is Dale when we need him?

"I just joined the Tea Party today. First I must say I am impressed there are 64 members in the Washington group of the Tea Party - having lived in Seattle for over 30 years it was my impression that pretty much everyone here was a Big Government liberal. As a committed low-tech person (no Facebook for me) don't be surprised if I don't quite get the protocols of online communication. I apoligize in advance for any screwups.
My reason for joining is to promote a campaign to enlist voters to persuade our representatives to take serious action on the budget. To put it in the simplest terms - let them know we will not vote for them unless they get with it on reducing spending and otherwise dealing seriously with the budget issues. As I will be glad to explain in more detail later, I have put together some relevant info on government budgets and GDP since 1930 --** drawn some logical conclusions from this -- and drafted text of a letter urging our representatives to take action based on what I consider to be convincing arguments for that action. Now -- if I can get voters to flood our representatives with emails, faxes, etc. sending such a message I will have completed my mission.
So if you have any ideas, questions or whatever, I'm looking forward to hearing from you" .
This was to throw you off guard for his main agenda and that is to divide the tea party and from within. We are all here for the same reason and that is to restore American. But we have some members here who want to see America destoryed and are doing the best they can to remove a candiate so that their Man or Woman can get in and you will have the same . As Senator Marc Rubio said in his speech last week that he had never seen such an abnormal and dysfunctional group of people in one place as he had seen on this Senate floor. Name calling was the big issue and that the Tea Party was the scape goat. However name calling is part of the Obama . Bachmann and Romney campaign.
The person this man/woman this David Keene is using another persons name who is a supportor of Romney:
"
"David A. Keene (born May 20, 1945), President of the National Rifle Association as of May 2, 2011, was the chairman of the American Conservative Union, from 1984 to 2011. Additionally, he is the managing associate at the Carmen Group Lobbying, a lobbying firm based in Washington, D.C. In December 2007, Keene endorsed Mitt Romney's presidential campaign.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as the National Chairman of Young Americans for Freedom, Keene has been involved in politics since the 1960s when he served as the Special Assistant to former Vice-President Spiro Agnew. He has also served as the Executive Assistant to former Senator James Buckley, Southern Regional Director for former President Ronald Reagan's unsuccessful 1976 bid for the Republican presidential nomination, National Political Director for George H.W. Bush's unsuccessful 1980 presidential campaign, as well as an adviser to Senator Robert Dole's 1988 and 1996 presidential campaigns.
David Keene has been named a John F. Kennedy Fellow at Harvard University's Institute of Politics and was chosen as a First Amendment Fellow at Vanderbilt University's Freedom Forum. He also serves as a member of the Board of Visitors at Duke University's Public Policy School, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Rifle Association. In 2007, he co-founded the American Freedom Agenda, described as "a coalition established to restore checks and balances and civil liberties protections under assault by the executive branch."[1] Keene resigned his position with the American Freedom Agenda in 2007. He is also the co-chairman of the Constitution Project's Liberty and Security Committee, and has said that "The right to appeal one's detention to an independent judge is a cornerstone of responsible, conservative governance."[citation needed]
Keene, who lives in Alexandria, Virginia, writes a regular column for The Hill, a nonpartisan Washington, D.C., newspaper for whose online edition he also provides blogs."
** This imposter did not do his homework or he is a feeble minded old man. Since the real David Keene was born in 1945 and this on claims "I have put together some relevant info on government budgets and GDP since 1930 --" Lies and more likes like a politician. I wonder who this "person" really is.
If you want to rant about me since, you never spoke to me and have some kind of chip on your shoulder about me, I suggest you come onto I'm Listening this Thursdays at 9pm call-in number: , and you can tell exactly what you are saying on here to my face instead of sitting behind a computer like a coward and trying to defame me in your best way when the People who have been on Tea Party have known me for many years and support me. I doubt if you have the testicular fortitude to do so.
However let me warn you! The Terms of service on Tea Party.org states you are not allowed to stalk or harass another member. I suggest you reread the terms of service carefully.
However, I will give you the standard answer I give all those who write such garbage. If this is all you can find on me and I upset you and your candidate who told you to write this, I must be doing something right!

As you should be well-aware, I am more than ready and able to address all who wish to debate and talk in a civilized manner. Obfuscation, confusion and outright baiting-of-an-issue is just a waste of my time. I'm not going to change your mind, and you will not change mine.
I am all-too familiar with the tactics of the radical left, and will not be made a pawn of that failed ideology.
Thank you. Leah Lax
