I'm a Jew and my parents didn't own banks during WW2 nor were they rich. They both worked in the Philadelphia Naval Yard. My father volunteered to join the Army and he loved his country. My relatives who lived in Egypt were not bankers. My Grandmother and Grandfather found the village they lived in burnt to the ground with burnt bodies all over the street, heads beheaded, even the pets were murdered. They left for the USA long before WW1. They walked through Europe to take a boat to USA selling all their worldly goods they had on them. They came to America penniless and worked. They didn't own a bank. My Mother's mother and father owned a chicken store. They came to the USA penniless.
In Israel there is ONE Street called the Rothschild Boulevard. Rothschild Boulevard was initially called Rehov HaAm ("Street of the people"). Later, the residents requested it to be renamed in honor of Baron Edmond James de Rothschild. One house, on the corner of Rothschild Boulevard and Herzl Street, was built in 1909 by the Eliavson family, one of Tel Aviv's sixty founding families. In 2007, the building was purchased and restored by the French Institute.
Israel's Declaration of Independence was signed at Independence Hall on Rothschild Boulevard. Many of the historic buildings are built in the Bauhaus or International style, forming part of the White City of Tel Aviv, a UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site. The 1925 Lederberg house, at the intersection of Allenby Street features a series of large ceramic murals designed by Ze'ev Raban a member of the Bezalel school. The four murals show a Jewish pioneer sowing and harvesting, a shepherd and Jerusalem, with a verse from Jeremiah 31:4, "Again I will rebuild thee and thou shalt be rebuilt".
However, Muslim and Nazi Propaganda are now stating the Rothschild family owns Israel to cause hatred to Israel and the Jewish People. If having a street named after a family who has done so much for the development and the resuscitation of a country that came from ashes means that having a street named after you then Martin Luther King must have been a Millionaire for every major city in America has at least one street named after him. And Martin Luther King must be a banker too and his family on Wall Street.
Anti Jewish remarks come in all forms, whether it's a Kike, Hymie or a Jew Joke, whether it's a non Jew saying I am going to Jew then down! So what should a Jew do Christian them UP?
When I moved to Florida I was the only Jew in the neighborhood and a Pastor came over to invite me to his Church. When I told him I was Jewish, he kept looking at me. I said Padre what are you looking at! He said I can't find the horns. Jews are suppose to have horns. I said to him Oh I packed them on my move to Florida when I find them I will be sure to show them to you. When I unpacked my Shofar (the rams horn) I drove over to his Church and showed him the horn and blew it for him and explained the meaning behind the horn.
Cantor Suggests Anti-Semitism Is A Problem Within The House GOP Caucus
A few weeks ago, the House GOP was up in arms over House Majority Leader Eric Cantor’s (R-VA) $25,000 donation to anti-incumbent candidate Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), who ultimately defeated his opponent, incumbent Rep. Don Manzullo (R-IL). But the story got a little more fraught when it turned out that Manzullo once said Cantor would not be “saved” because he is Jewish.
Today, Cantor, the only Jewish House Republican, nearly affirmed that this was the reason he fought against Manzullo’s re-election, insinuating that anti-Semitism — and racism — are lingering problems among the House GOP generally. He speaking at a breakfast event organized by Politico.
Calling it the “darker side,” Cantor responded to Politico’s Mike Allen’s question of whether there is anti-semitism in Congress by trying to avoid commenting. But eventually he let up: “I think that all of us know that in this country, we’ve not always gotten it right in terms of racial matters, religious matters, whatever. We continue to strive to provide equal treatment to everybody.”
“We’re talking about the House Republican Caucus, not America,” Allen pushed.
Cantor then sat in silence, grimmacing for several seconds before Allen changed the topic.
